Carrie Underwood may be one of the biggest stars in country music. But, along with superstar status she is known for having some of the most sculpted and toned legs in the music business. So much so, Underwood has been photographed several times proudly showing off her glam gams in some of the cutest outfits.

But, being able to acquire all of that body confidence and well-defined calf, quad, and thigh muscles all comes down to how much time Underwood puts into her fitness and health routine because she is just as passionate about having a fit and active lifestyle as she is about music.

Now Underwood fans, body conscious individuals and workout aficionados can follow along with the “Hate My Heart” singer’s successful leg routine while working up a sweat as she debuted her “leg day” routine on Fit52, the fitness App she launched back in 2020 in correlation to her already-released book titled, Find Your Path: Honor Your Body, Fuel Your Soul, and Get Strong with the Fit 52 Life.

The game-changing workout arrives just in time for the New Year and after fans and social media followers sent in countless requests asking Underwood – who often updates folks on Instagram about her crushing it in the gym – to share her secret to her fabulous legs.
