“I got some bad news from my Doctor’s at the Vanderbilt Voice Center yesterday,” Morgan began an emotional message to fans.

According to Billboard, this is the fastest climb to No.1 since 2015 when Luke Bryan ruled the chart with “Strip It Down.”

“I’m dead Morgan sang both 98 Braves and Cowgirls last night even though neither were on his original set list 🥰,” one fan wrote.

“I wouldn’t say I’m 100%, but I’m doing a lot better,” Wallen told fans in a video message ahead of his return to the stage.

Bunnie XO took to TikTok to defend Morgan Wallen after he received backlash for canceling his Mississippi concert for being “unable to sing.”

“A hired employee of BEST Crowd Management made false claims as it related to last night’s Morgan Wallen concert,” the security company wrote.

“As of today, I’m on doctor-ordered vocal rest and we have to reschedule this week’s shows,” Morgan Wallen wrote in a statement to fans.

“It kills me to deliver this so close to showtime, but my voice is shot and I am unable to sing,” Wallen wrote in a statement.

Wallen is first artist to achieve this chart feat since the Billboard Country Airplay chart launched in January of 1990.

Dozens of fans praises Morgan Wallen’s showmanship and his ability to not miss a beat despite falling. 

“When I found Ryl Tea I knew I had something special that I wanted to share,” Wallen shared.

Wallen’s show at American Family Field set the all-time attendance record for the stadium with 39,609 fans.
