The teaser clip, shared by Myles, sent fans into a frenzy of excitement as many of them took to the comments to gush over the forthcoming collaboration.
“Yessss!!! Can’t wait to hear more! Your voices blend so beautifully!” one fan wrote, while another added, “Sounds So good, so happy you two are working together. Excited to hear your new music, you two are amazing:)”
Another fan gushed, “Absolutely love this and seeing y’all work together is wonderful!”
Both Myles and Leatherwood were fan-favorite contestants throughout their time on The Voice. Leatherwood ultimately was crowned the Season 22 winner of The Voice.
During their time on the popular singing competition show, Myles and Leatherwood formed a friendship and creative bond through their mutual love for songwriting and Country music. During a recent interview with Music Mayhem, Leatherwood shared that he had some songwriting sessions with a few of his fellow contestants during their time on the show. Though Leatherwood didn’t mention names specifically, it’s evident that he and Myles wrote songs together while on The Voice.
“There are several contestants [I’ve written songs with]. I’m not going to mention their names right now, but I’ve written with them and we’re going to put out some music pretty soon and it’s going to be good. So there are a lot of other artists I’d like to write with as well that we’re on the show and whoever wants to write, if anyone needs help, if anyone wants to write with me, you just call me and let me know,” he added.
Morgan Myles recently made her Grand Ole Opry debut on January 6, an experience she called a “dream come true.”
“No words… I’m just so truly over the moon. More photos coming, spending time with my family who’s in town right now but omg I have way too many to thank for this moment…” she wrote on Instagram at the time.

Following Morgan Myles Grand Ole Opry debut, Leatherwood took to social media to praise his fellow singer/songwriter for her milestone moment on Nashville’s most iconic stage.
“Such an honor to get to watch one of the sweetest people in the world on the @opry stage last night. Morgan had a standing ovation after her debut and it brought tears to my eyes…,” Leatherwood wrote. “What a dream come true for you! So proud @morganmyleslive”

While Bryce Leatherwood hasn’t yet been given the opportunity to make his Grand Ole Opry debut, he does have aspirations to one day do so.
“Well, ever since I picked up a guitar, that’s been the dream of mine. So if I get that opportunity one day, that’ll be a dream come true. That’ll be a good day for Bryce Leatherwood. So I’m just ready to see what happens,” he previously told Music Mayhem.
Leatherwood is also revealed that he is planning his move to Nashville to further pursue his career in Country music.
“I’m planning on the move right now, just gotta figure out everything with my home scenario. I gotta save my money,” Leatherwood told Music Mayhem. “I’m still a broke college kid. I don’t care what prize money that they threw my way. I’m not even going to see that. That’s going to go in into some investments. So I just gotta stay young, stay broke, and stay hungry because thriving off a little, you can grow a lot more than thriving off a lot. So, I’m just very excited to pursue my career.”
He is also in the process of writing original music, which is expected to be released later this year sometime.
“I have no original music out right now. I’ve been trying to make a catalog of songs that I’ve been trying to write on,” he explained. “I’m not the best verse writer, but I’ve been working on it because I mean, I think as an artist you have to be a writer too because I mean you have to truly be able to have input on other songs and on songs that you wanna sing that are yours. And I hope to become a better songwriter as I move to Nashville, as I’ve started writing with more people and I’m just super excited for what’s to come,” he added.
Morgan Myles and Bryce Leatherwood have yet to announce a release date or title for their forthcoming collaboration.
