Luke Combs is opening a honky-tonk inspired bar and concert hall in Nashville. The “Love You Anyway” singer took to social media on Apr. 25 to announce his latest venture and tease a few renderings of the entertainment venue.

“Excited to announce I’m partnering with Opry Entertainment to open a massive venue experience in downtown Nashville, TN next year! Looking forward to sharing more with y’all soon!,” the country singer and soon-to-be father of two wrote via his Twitter account.

The post included a photo of Combs at an event with a large sign that reads, “Luke Combs Next-Level Honky-Tonk Experience In Downtown Nashville Coming 2024” behind him.

In a series of subsequent tweets, Combs shared renderings of what the entertainment venue will look like. The renderings include a honky tonk and concert hall as well as a specialty bar, sports bar, and rooftop.

The Wildhorse Saloon on 2nd Avenue in Nashville is set to be transformed to bring Combs’ vision to life. The 69,000-square-foot venue is expected to hold up to 3,200 people and features three levels, including the rooftop that overlooks the Cumberland River and Nashville’s iconic Nissan Stadium, the outlet reported. The venue will also combine Combs’ passions: music, songwriting, drinking whiskey, and sports.

Colin Reed, executive chairman of Ryman Hospitality Properties, praised Combs and his latest venture as a “tremendous opportunity” for 2nd Avenue.

“I knew there was something extraordinary about Luke from the first time I heard him perform ‘Hurricane,’” Reed said in a statement.

“Even as he’s gone from filling bars to stadiums around the world, Luke has remained deeply committed to his fans and his craft. As the downtown entertainment district continues to evolve, we view this new experience as a tremendous opportunity to position Second Avenue with a global audience of country music lovers, anchored by Luke Combs’ massive international fan base,” he continued.

The venue will be equipped with top-shelf liquor and flat-screen TVs, the outlet indicated via the same article. In addition, the outdoor rooftop area will feature comfortable seating and greenery designed to transport patrons “outside the city.”

Although Combs has not yet revealed a launch date or name for the venue, he did mention that the bar was inspired by his hit single, “Hurricane.”

Luke Combs Is in The Midst Of His Massive World Tour

Besides working to bring his new entertainment venue to life, Luke Combs is currently performing on his massive 2023 World Tour. Combs kicked off the tour back on Mar. 25 with a sold-out show at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

The tour will stop at 16 stadiums across North America before it hits the U.K., Ireland, Germany, France, Norway, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Belgium, Switzerland, Australia, and New Zealand. Combs world tour also features support from a stellar line-up of fellow country artists Riley Green, Lainey Wilson, Flatland Cavalry, Brent Cobb, Cody Johnson, and Lane Pittman.

The trek will conclude at London’s famous O2 Arena on Oct. 19.

New Album, Gettin’ Old

Combs’ entertainment venue and massive world tour follow the release of his fourth studio album, Gettin’ Old on Mar. 24. The album features 18 tracks including “Five Leaf Clover,” “Joe,” and his latest single, “Love You Anyway.”

Combs announced the follow-up to his third studio album, Growin’ Up back in January.

“New album. 18 songs. March 24,” Combs casually announced the project via his Instagram account at the time.
