Priscilla Block, Jackson Dean, Frank Ray, Jelly Roll, and Nate Smith have been named the CRS 2023 New Faces of Country Music by country radio and streaming personnel.
The Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) revealed the news on Monday morning (Dec. 12) following the voting period.

“The radio and streaming partner constituencies of CRS have spoken and, word is, the future of country music is bright,” CRB New Faces Committee Chairman Chuck Aly shared in a statement. “This year’s New Faces class comprises artists with admirable creative depth and burgeoning commercial impact. Translation: Don’t miss it!”
The 2023 New Faces of Country Music show will take place during Country Radio Seminar (CRS), on Wednesday, March 15, 2023. The already sold-out show will feature performances by Block, Dean, Ray, Jelly Roll, and Smith.
Established in 1970, the New Faces of Country Music show is the highlight of CRS. The showcase highlights five emerging artists who are poised to continue to make a major impact at country radio in the years to come.
Artists who performed at the showcase in 2022 include Parker McCollum, Gabby Barrett, Jameson Rodgers, Lainey Wilson, and Walker Hayes.
Previous New Faces of Country Music include Carly Pearce, Luke Combs, Kelsea Ballerini, Luke Bryan, Taylor Swift, Jake Owen, Jimmie Allen, and more.

Kenny Chesney will also make an appearance at the 2023 Country Radio Seminar as the featured artist for “The Artist Interview.”
“We’re thrilled to have Kenny join us at CRS ‘23 in March. There’s so much to talk about,” said CRS/CRB executive director RJ Curtis. “He’s been an important and consistently relevant artist for three decades, entertaining millions of fans with a dynamic show that brings his massive catalog of hits to life one stadium at a time. Only a very few artists – from any genre – can claim this achievement, and Kenny Chesney lives in that rare air. We can’t wait for this session at CRS.”
The eight-time Entertainer Of The Year will sit down for a discussion about the longevity of his career and reflect on how he got to where he is today.
“Music is such an important piece of people’s lives,” shared Chesney. “I believe music is medicine. It changes lives, makes a difference and is there every step of the way. I can’t wait to dig in and talk about all these songs, all these moments and the journey to how we got there.”

Chesney last appeared at CRS in 2023, where he accepted the Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) Artist Humanitarian Award.
Held at the Omni Nashville Hotel, CRS will take place Monday, March 13 through Wednesday, March 15. The three-day seminar is open to music industry personnel and will offer a packed schedule that includes educational panels, networking, workshops, and more.
