Now that Lainey Wilson has gone public with her boyfriend, Devlin “Duck” Hodges, the couple isn’t afraid to show each other off.

Hodges jokingly showed up as a surprise guest during one of Wilson’s recent meet-and-greets, documenting the quick moment in a TikTok he captioned “Nice meeting you @Lainey Wilson.”

The short clip shows a security officer waving a fan, who turns out to be Hodges, over to Wilson’s step and repeat. Once he makes his way over, Wilson gives him a playful kick in the pants before wrapping her arms around him and planting a kiss on his cheek as they post for a photo.

“Ended up in Lainey Wilson’s meet and greet line tonight,” Hodges wrote over the video.

Hodges often shares behind-the-scenes of his relationship with Wilson on TikTok, including a recent video he filmed of his girlfriend jokingly singing in extra-dramatic fashion in the car. “Y’all asked for more BTS… here ya go,” Hodges’ caption read.

Another TikTok was a look at one of Wilson’s photo shoots, filmed by Hodges, who captured his girlfriend as she posed for photos before flipping the camera to show his extremely impressed face.

“Went to one of those photo shoot things with Lainey… I’d go to another one,” Hodges’ caption read. “Yeah I’m simping hard.”

Went Public With Relationship At 2023 ACM Awards

Wilson and Hodges went public at the ACM Awards earlier this year after dating for around two years.

“I said, ‘We gonna see if you’re in it for the right reasons.’ Turns out, he is,” Wilson explained to PEOPLE in June. “Somebody said how funny it was watching him high-five all of my artist friends at the ACMs, and I said, ‘Those are his friends!’”

“He’ll FaceTime me, and he’ll be with HARDY and Morgan [Wallen] and Luke [Combs], and I’m like, ‘Stop stealing all my buddies,’” she continued. “They’ll always be out golfing and drinking a beer. I don’t have to convince anybody to like him. He’s a very lovable person.”

Wilson Is Currently Writing Love Songs Inspired By Her Boyfriend

The “Watermelon Moonshine” singer is currently working on new music, and thanks to Hodges, she’ll be including some love songs on her next project, something she recently told American Songwriter is a first for her.

“I’m in a very happy, healthy relationship right now and I’ve never written a love song in my life until the last two and a half years,” she shared. “He makes it very easy for me to do that.”

Wilson explained that her writing process has always been about sharing where she’s at in her life at the current moment.

“It’s going to be really easy to show that different side of me because I am in a very healthy relationship, and you’re gonna be hearing things out of me that I didn’t even know I was capable of,” she told the publication. “It’s really cool when you can completely let those walls down. I’m learning things about myself right now that I didn’t even know was possible. I’m able to share more of my life. Being able to say, ‘Hey, I’m happy and healthy and in love,’ it’s something I didn’t know I was gonna get a chance to say.”
