Gabby Barrett has been winning all types of awards over the past year but her biggest achievement is becoming a mom.

During an interview with Entertainment Tonight, the 21-year-old country superstar gushed over her and husband Cade Foehner’s daughter, Baylah May. In the interview Barrett described how life on the road will look with their first child, and shared that their daughter loves music.

“What it’ll kind of look like, we’ll have a tour bus. We’ll have our own home on wheels, which will be nice and exciting,” Barrett explained. “She will definitely be with us. I’m really excited for her to kind of be able to watch us on the side of the stage, and as she grows, become more aware of what we do and songs and things like that.”

The chart-topping Pittsburgh native then teased that she hopes to write some songs about her daughter in the future.

“Eventually we can write songs about her and it will just be so sweet,” Barrett said.

Barrett continued to share that she is looking forward to sharing the experiences of being on the road with her daughter.

“I’m definitely looking forward to getting to now experience live shows and performances, and all of those things, with her with us,” Barrett added. “She’s a very lullaby baby right now. So she loves music and falls asleep to little music.”

The “I Hope” singer took home three awards at the Billboard Music Awards, including Top Country Female Artist, Top Country Song (“I Hope”) and Top Collaboration (“I Hope” feat. Charlie Puth). And when asked what she thinks of her daughter being able to see this video one day Barrett gushed, “Aw, it’s so special, she gets to see her mommy living out her dreams and I hope it just encourages her to dream big towards things and it’s able to happen.”

Husband Foehner joined Barrett during the Entertainment Tonight interview on the red carpet to gush over his wife.

Foehner shared that he is “extremely” proud of his wife.

“She’s just beyond anything I could ever deserve and her dad told me he said ‘you’re a lucky man’ and I said it’s not luck it’s straight mercy from the Lord that I get to be married to her,” Foehner gushed of Barrett. “She’s just… I mean you oughta see her at home, she takes care of me and that baby and then she gets out here and does all this, I mean, there’s just nobody like her. I’m convinced.”
