Morgan Wallen and Wiz Khalifa sent fans into a frenzy with a surprise performance of Khalifa’s “Black And Yellow” at PNC Park in Pittsburgh on Thursday (Aug. 31).

Wiz Khalifa has reportedly been a fan of Morgan Wallen quite some time, having attended numerous of his concerts in the past as just a fan. Because of this, the duo has connected and ultimately become friends, leading up to their epic collaborative performance on Thursday evening.

During last night’s stop on his One Night At A Time World Tour in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Wallen brought Wiz Khalifa, a native of the City of Bridges, onstage to sing “Black and Yellow” in a one-of-a-kind collaboration. With flames shooting up in the air and yellow lights illuminating the entirety of PNC Park, the performance was truly electric!

It was a lot of people, indeed — PNC Park holds around 40,000 fans, and the show was completely sold out! The moment was truly unforgettable for all attendees.

One Night at a Time World Tour

Wallen is currently in the midst of the U.S. leg of his record-breaking One Night At A Time World Tour, which kicked off with two sold-out shows at American Family Field in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in April.

The One Night At A Time World Tour marks Wallen’s first-time ever headlining stadiums across the globe for multiple nights. The trek marks one of the largest tours of 2023 and will visit stadiums, arenas, amphitheaters, and festivals across four countries and two continents.

The U.S. leg of the tour began on April 14 with back-to-back nights at Milwaukee’s American Family Field. Produced by Live Nation, Wallen’s 63-show trek will feature support from ERNEST and Bailey Zimmerman on all dates. HARDY and Parker McCollum will also appear on select dates.

In an effort to give back to those in need, Wallen will donate $3 of every ticket sold on the U.S. dates to The Morgan Wallen Foundation. Established in 2021, the foundation benefits causes near and dear to the superstar’s heart, including organizations such as Greater Good Music, Children Are People, the Salvation Army, and the National Museum of African American Music.

New Album, One Thing At A Time

The tour comes in support of Wallen’s latest album, One Thing At A Time, which has quickly become one of the most popular albums of 2023. The project arrived on March 3 and recently earned a 15th week at No. 1 on the Billboard 200. According to Vulture, the album has also claimed the record for the most weeks at No. 1 on the country album chart in over three decades.

One Thing At A Time showcases Wallen’s wide range of musical influences as well as combine his love for country, rock and hip-hop.

The project features 36 tracks, including duets with Eric Church, HARDY and ERNEST. Wallen’s sister Ashlyne also makes an appearance on the project, singing harmonies on the song titled “Outlook.” He also pays tribute to his son, Indigo (Indie) Wilder Wallen, on the project with the tune “Dying Man,” which he often dedicates to Indie during his live concerts.

“This record represents the last few years of my life, the highs and the lows,” Wallen previously shared in a statement. “It also brings together the musical influences that have shaped me as an artist – country, alternative and hip-hop.”
