The “Doin’ This” singer then gave the fan a bottle of water before asking the capacity crowd.

The country hitmaker then asked the crowd to make an opening for medical personnel to get to the fan quickly.

“Make a hole right here so we can get this man some help,” Combs said, asking the crowd to split down the middle for medics to get to the fan, who was upfront.

“Apple Music has been a big part of helping me get my music out to my fans, so I jumped at the idea of being able to play a special live show for them to enjoy,” Combs shared in a statement. “I also couldn’t think of a better place to do it than back home in North Carolina at Coyote Joe’s – a venue that I have lots of great memories at. I’m really looking forward to playing the full album live for the fans and everyone being able to watch it on August 24!”

Additionally, Luke Combs’ new album, Growin’ Up, debuted at No. 1 upon release. The 12-track project features the chart-topping hit, “Doin’ This,” Combs’ current single, “The Kind Of Love We Make,” and “Outrunnin’ Your Memory,” a duet with Miranda Lambert, among several others.
