Thomas Rhett admitted that he’s disgusted by feet, despite being a partner with Chacos Sandals in a recent interview.

Rhett spoke with K-FROG’s David Bugenske and Kelli Green backstage at the Stagecoach music festival in Indio, California last weekend.

“On your Instagram this morning you were posting about your sandals’ collaboration,” Green told Rhett during the interview. “You were like a manly man. Tell me, do you get pedicures?” she asked.

“Is that feet?” Rhett questioned in response. “What’s the hands?” Green then told him, “Those are manicures.”

“Never had one,” Rhett said, before Bugenske chimed in saying, “Good for you.”

Rhett went on to share that he cuts his toenails “once every couple weeks,” adding that he “hates feet.”

“Not a fan,” Rhett said, as Green questioned, “And you have a sandals collaboration?”

“I mean, I like wearing sandals, but like I’m not like a feet [person], I don’t like rub like my wife’s feet. Like, it’s just not, I don’t know,” Rhett explained.

On April 24, Rhett shared via Instagram that a new line of his sandals collaboration with Chacos would be available starting on April 28. Rhett posted a photo of himself and wife, Lauren wearing sandals from the line and holding smaller, child-sized pairs of the footwear.

“An all new line of #ThomasRhettXChaco sandals for the whole family coming 4/28!,” Rhett captioned the post, tagging the @chacofootwear handle. The brand commented on the post, saying they “could not be more excited” to have collaborated with the “Slow Down Summer” singer.

Rhett first collaborated with the popular footwear line in June 2021, sharing a collection of sandals that were inspired by “[his] love of nature.” Rhett announced the collaboration on social media, sharing a photo of himself holding a sandal from the line.

“Been wearing @chacofootwear since I was a kid,” Rhett said. “So excited to share this collection with y’all inspired by my love for nature. First of three designs launches Monday. Visit Chacos.com/thomas-rhett now to get more info #thomasrhettxchaco,” he later added.

In addition to his collaboration with Chacos, Rhett has his own brand of tequila, Dos Primos Tequila.

Rhett shared a video of himself with his cousin, Jeff Worn, whom he released the tequila with, wishing everyone a Happy Cinco de Mayo on Thursday.

In the past, Rhett has also teamed up with Fritos, filming a 30-second commercial for the snack brand.

Aside from his brand collaborations, Rhett is preparing to head out on the road on his Bring The Bar To You Tour, starting May 7 at the iHeart Country Festival. The tour, which also includes a stop at CMA Fest, will conclude on October 15 in Fairborn, Ohio.

Rhett recently played a show at Stagecoach, where he brought HARDY and actor, Ashton Kutcher onstage with him to sing Garth Brooks’ smash hit, “Friends In Low Places.”

During his interview with Bugenske and Green, Rhett revealed that Katy Perry was supposed to appear alongside him at the music festival but had a scheduling conflict due to American Idol.

Rhett teamed up with Perry on the title track from his new album, Where We Started.

In his personal life, Rhett said he and wife, Lauren are planning on taking a break from having more children but are planning to adopt again in “four or five more years.” Rhett and wife, Lauren, share four daughters, including oldest, Willa Gray, whom they adopted from Uganda in 2017, as well as Ada James, Lennon Love and Lillie Carolina.
