Parker McCollum rang in the New Year in his home state of Texas! The Gold Chain Cowboy wrapped up his last show of 2023 with a sold-out concert at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas, and ushered in 2024 by sharing a kiss with his wife Hallie Ray Light. McCollum took to social media, sharing a carousel of photos from the memorable evening, to commemorate the occasion on Monday (Jan. 1).

“BEEN A HELL OF A YEAR!!!! As sincerely as I can say it, THANK YOU!!!” he wrote, graciously thanking his fan’s for their support. “To Fort Worth for last night and to each and every one of you that spent your hard earned money to come to a show in 2023. I hope I never let any of you down.”
He went on to say, “I am living the greatest life I could ever imagine with the best people in my circle that God has ever made.” Parker McCollum then teased fans, sharing that “2024 boutta be a banger!!!!”
The series of snapshots featured an image of him sharing a kiss with his wife, Hallie Ray, as well as photos of him performing his current single, “Burn It Down,” and the capacity crowd sparkling with a sea of cell phone lights.
Hallie Ray also shared a collection of images from their evening, captioned, “HNY!!!! CHEERS TO 2024! ✨✨✨✨✨” McCollum took to the comment section and wrote, “AND YOU’LL ALWAYS BE MY BABAYYYYY.”
Pre-Recorded Performance On Nashville’s Big Bash
In addition to performing live in Fort Worth, McCollum also pre-taped a performance at Whiskey River Saloon in Downtown Music City that aired on New Year’s Eve Live: Nashville’s Big Bash. He performed a series of his biggest hits, including “Pretty Heart,” his latest chart-topper “Handle On You” and more.
The five-hour broadcast also featured performances from Trace Adkins, Grace Bowers, Kane Brown, Jackson Dean, Old Dominion, HARDY, Elle King, Cody Johnson, Megan Moroney, Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi, Carly Pearce, Thomas Rhett, Blake Shelton, Trombone Shorty, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Morgan Wallen, Lainey Wilson, Bailey Zimmerman and more.

The New Year’s Eve special was filmed throughout Music City from a variety of locations, including Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park along with numerous honky-tonks, bars, and clubs on the city’s infamous Lower Broadway. The show featured over 50 impressive performances across multiple time zones, all live from Nashville. Nashville synchronized its countdown with the East Coast at midnight and continued its festivities until midnight Central Time, which concluded with the city’s iconic Music Note Drop at the Bicentennial Mall stage.
Directed by Sandra Restrepo, the New Year’s Eve celebration was co-hosted by Elle King and Entertainment Tonight‘s Rachel Smith alongside TV and radio host Cody Alan, CBS anchor Lonnie Quinn and Dustin Lynch, who corresponded from New York City’s iconic Times Square.
Nashville’s Big Bash aired on Sunday, December 31 (7:30-10:00 PM, ET/PT, 10:30 PM-1:05 AM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streamed via Paramount+.
