Morgan Wallen got a new truck and the country superstar is “testing” out his new whip with his 2-year-old son, Indigo (Indie) Wilder Wallen, at his side.

On Thursday evening (Sept. 1), the East Tennessee native took to his Instagram stories to share a photo of himself sitting in the driver’s seat of his new ROUSH truck with his son, Indigo, sitting in his car seat in the backseat of his new Super Duty sipping on his blue juice cup.

“Me and little man testing out the new truck. He likes it and so does daddy,” Wallen captioned the image of him and his son before graciously thanking the automobile company.

Wallen’s post comes just days after ROUSH revealed that the “You Proof” singer got a new ride on their Instagram, where they shared a series of photos of Wallen.

The series of photos includes a photo of Wallen, wearing a Tennessee baseball t-shirt, with his brand-new 2022 ROUSH Super Duty truck as well as photos of Wallen’s new white truck and the ROUSH and Long McArthur Ford employees that sold him the vehicle.

@morganwallen traded in his sunburnt Silverado for a brand new 2022 ROUSH Super Duty!” the car dealership captioned the images, referencing lyrics from Wallen’s chart-topping hit “Sand In My Boots.”

“We’re thrilled to have Morgan on #teamROUSH and appreciate @longmcarthur Ford’s help in making this happen!” the dealership added.

Morgan Wallen Recently Teased New Music

The 2022 ACM Album Of The Year winner recently sent out a video message to fans via his texting community to let them know new music is on the way.

“Hey, what’s going on y’all, I haven’t been on here in a minute, so I figured I’d pop on and say what’s up and check in on you. I’m in the studio today working on new music. I’ve been in the studio a lot lately working on new music as well and I’m going to continue to be in here working on new music. So, I figured I might use this as a way to give y’all some sneak peeks of what’s going on in here. I figured I’d let you know to stay tuned and keep an eye on this. Hope everybody is good, we’ll see you soon!”

Morgan Wallen Teased A New Song With HARDY

Not long ago, the country hitmaker took to social media to share a life update and tease fans about his forthcoming new tunes in a video message.

“I’ve been working on new music. I’ve been in the studio, I’ve been grinding, I’ve been writing a lot,” Wallen shared. He then revealed he and HARDY recently wrote a tune that he’s excited about.

“Me and HARDY just wrote one on the road the other day that I’m really pumped about. It’s one of the best ones that we’ve written in a long time, if not ever,” Wallen continued in the clip. “Still been grinding on the golf course a little bit. Still can’t hit my driver very good, that’s the one club that is my arch nemesis. I don’t know what else is new.”

He concluded the clip by graciously thanking fans for their support.

“I just wanted to pop on here and say thanks for everything, thanks for this year, it’s been awesome and I can’t wait to finish it out strong,” Wallen added. “I really appreciate you guys and how good you’ve been to me and we’ll see you out of the road somewhere, I hope. God Bless.”

Wallen previously opened up about new music on Country Countdown with Lon Helton, where he revealed that he has been writing new material and already has 12 songs finished.

“I’ve already got 12 songs finished, maybe more. I’m just trying to beat what I’ve got,” Wallen told Helton while co-hosting the show. “I’m confident in whatever I do next already. Overall I feel pretty comfortable. I don’t feel rushed. I’ve got other things, I’ve got the tour, I’ve got my son, so I’m glad that I’ve already spent some time on the next project,” he added.

Additionally, Wallen recently attended the 15th Annual ACM Honors, where he was honored with the ACM Milestone Award.

During the 15th Annual ACM Honors, Wallen was honored by his longtime friends and labelmates ERNEST and HARDY with special tribute performances. In addition, Wallen also paid tribute to HARDY by covering his song “A Rock” during the show before the Mississippi native was honored with the ACM Songwriter Of The Year award.

The event, which took place on Wednesday (Aug. 24), was filmed for a two-hour broadcast that will air on Tuesday, September 13 via FOX at 8:00-10:00 PM ET/PT.
