Luke Combs shared yet another unreleased new song called “We Still Drink Beer,” inspired by a fan’s photo on twitter.

On Monday (Mar. 29), the country superstar shared a clip of him singing the new unreleased track alongside his dog JoJo and two songwriters.

“We’re writing songs for album three,” Combs said in the opening of the clip. “We were sittin’ here today and started to work on this song and I happen to get on Twitter and see this guy who tweeted me and Miller Lite and was like ‘hey if you don’t reply to this I don’t know what to say.’”

“So I tweeted him back and I believe his name is Billy McKee, that’s what it looks like on Twitter here,” Combs continued to explain. “However, we referred to you as beer box head guy cause in the photo it’s on your wedding day I believe, you’re down on your knee with a beer box on your head and all your buddies are around you drinking beers. It kind of just inspired this song, it absolutely inspired this song. We were like let’s just write that. I know I got a lot of beer songs but here’s another one.”

Listen to the song below.

“We Still Drink Beer” follows his recently teased unreleased song “See Me Now.”

Combs is currently working on his third studio album and teased fans in a recent social media post.

The “Forever After All” singer shared in a tweet on Monday, March 22, that “album 3 is gonna be real good” and it has everyone’s excitement levels rising for the country star’s new project.

The country superstar previously revealed on his 31st Birthday, that he was beginning work on album three. He started working on the album on March 3.

In a video message to fans back in early February, the singer also revealed that a bluegrass album that he has been working on has been “put on pause” as “album three is up next.” “I’m officially kind of gearing up for my next full album,” he previously shared in the February video clip.

Combs’ upcoming new record will be the follow-up to his chart-topping, 2x Platinum 2019 album, What You See Is What You Get, and the 2020 deluxe edition of that dubbed, What You See Ain’t Always What You Get.

Additionally, the singer recently scored his tenth consecutive No. 1 single with “Better Together.” The singer’s recently released single “Forever After All” impacted country radio last month.
