Kane Brown is celebrating his eighth No. 1 hit at Country radio!

The country superstar’s single “Like I Love Country Music” currently sits in the No. 1 spot on the Mediabase Country Airplay chart and Billboard Country Airplay chart.

Like I Love Country Music” is Brown’s fastest-rising single to do, reaching the No.1 spot after just 14 weeks.

Co-written by Brown alongside Jordan Schmidt, Taylor Phillips and Matt McGinn, “Like I Love Country Music” is the second single from Brown’s upcoming third studio album, Different Man.

The country superstar brought the song to life with a ’90s-inspired music video featuring Brown at The Nashville Palace.

Directed by Alex Alvga, the clip begins as Brown arrives at The Nashville Palace, where dozens of country music icons have graced the stage, including Johnny Cash, Alan Jackson, Randy Travis, George Jones and more.

The Chattanooga native quickly takes to the famous stage, wearing a black cowboy hat, black leather pants (complete with a belt buckle), and a sleeveless shirt, to perform the tune for the rowdy bar crowd.

The clip also showcases Brown’s line dancing skills as he joins in for a choreographed dance.

Arriving on September 9, Different Man will feature 17 tracks, including his latest single “Like I Love Country Music,” “One Mississippi,” “Whiskey Sour,” “Leave You Alone,” and “Grand.” The project also features duets with Blake Shelton and his wife Katelyn Brown.

Different Man follows Brown’s second studio album, 2018’s Experiment. In August of 2020, Brown released his ACM-nominated EP, Mixtape Vol. 1, which included several hit singles such as “Cool Again,” “Worldwide Beautiful” “Worship You” and his Top 40 radio single, “Be Like That” featuring Khalid and Swae Lee.

Later this year, Brown will embark on a massive international tour, dubbed the Drunk or Dreaming Tour.

The trek will feature special guests Restless Road, Jessie James Decker, Blanco Brown and Chris Lane on select dates. Kicking off on September 17 in Melbourne, Australia, the tour will continue through Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, and Europe.

The Drunk or Dreaming Tour marks Brown’s first time touring in Australia and New Zealand, and his long-awaited return to Canada and Europe.

Additionally, Kane Brown will soon make history at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) as he becomes the first male country artist to ever perform on the popular awards show.
