Carrie Underwood fans know how much the “Out Of That Truck” singer loves to exercise, and she’s helping fans soundtrack their own workouts with her second SiriusXM channel, CARR-DIO by CARRIE’S COUNTRY. CARR-DIO was initially launched as a show on Underwood’s inaugural SiriusXM channel, CARRIE’S COUNTRY.
Carrie Underwood’s Favorite Workout Song Is A Tune By Falling In Reverse
“One of the easiest ways to spice up a workout is with music,” Underwood said in a statement. “If you find the right jam, and you get into it, and you can dance in between sets and have a good time with it … Listen to music that makes you happy or pumps you up, and go for it!”
One specific song on the Grammy winner’s playlist is “Watch The World Burn” by rock band Falling In Reverse. “It switches gears a lot, and it’s kind of an epic song,” she said of the hard-hitting track. “Whenever you get a song that is just epic — like, it’s long and visual and switching cadence — I always think that’s cool. So that one gets me going.” “Watch The World Burn” was written by Falling In Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke, Tyler Smyth (Dangerkids), Cody Quistad (Wage War), Christian Thompson and Tyler Burgess and was released in 2023.
Underwood added that choosing the songs on CARR-DIO was “all about just picking music that makes you feel good.” She explained, “I like stuff that I can either dance to or get mad with — it kind of depends on my mood and what I’m doing.”
Launches Fitness Channel On SiriusXM: CARR-DIO by CARRIE’S COUNTRY
CARR-DIO by CARRIE’S COUNTRY will be available to stream anytime exclusively on the SiriusXM app and will also be available on satellite channel 105 from January 5–8. Listeners tuning in can expect a lot of rock and metal, as Underwood has previously chatted about her love for those genres, specifically while working out.
“Working out, I honestly listen to metal or super hard rock music,” Underwood shared during a 2021 interview on CBS News’ Sunday Morning with Michelle Miller. “I like the band I Prevail, and their Trauma album is one that I have on repeat when I’m working out.”
The mom of two added that there are “lots of not children-friendly words” on the album, which “is important to note.” “Don’t go buy My Savior and then go buy Trauma and be like ‘Carrie Underwood told me to,’” Underwood joked, referring to her gospel album My Savior.

The Singer Also Has A Fitness App, fit52
CARR-DIO isn’t Underwood’s first foray into helping fans with their fitness — the Oklahoma native has a fitness app, fit52, and penned a lifestyle book, Find Your Path. She also founded and created the fitness and lifestyle brand CALIA by Carrie Underwood, and entered into an equity partnership with BODYARMOR Sports Drink in 2021.
Underwood chatted about her current approach to fitness in an interview with PEOPLE in January 2023, explaining that she’s no longer as concerned with looking a certain way and instead is focused on feeling good.
“I feel like earlier in my career, I was working out more to be a certain size or fit into a certain aesthetic that I thought I wanted to be,” she said. “And now I feel like I work out more to be strong and to have energy and longevity.”
“It really is playing the long game, right?” she added. “I’ve worked out a whole lot and been frustrated because it wasn’t the results that I wanted. I feel like now at this point in my life, you really do learn that it is a lifestyle, it’s balance. It is overall taking care of yourself.”
