Las Vegas is a vibrant city with plenty of opportunities for entertainment. Tourists can gamble at one of the city’s various casinos, dine fountain-side at the Bellagio Hotel, or enjoy a night out on the famous Las Vegas Strip.

The city is also a prime destination for music lovers who want to see their favorite artists perform special residency shows highlighting their hit songs night after night. From country to pop to R&B, Vegas has something to offer music lovers of all genres.

Below are eight must-see Las Vegas residencies for music lovers to check out in 2023:

Garth Brooks/Plus ONE – Colosseum at Caesars Palace

Country singer Garth Brooks will perform his Garth Brooks/Plus ONE Las Vegas Residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace from May 18 to Dec. 16. The Colosseum describes the residency as a “must-see,” promising fans “no two shows will be the same” and that they can expect special guests to share the stage with the “Friends In Low Places” singer. To commemorate Brooks’ 2023 residency, a custom book and five-disc set of recordings called Garth Brooks LIVE LIVE is available for purchase via the Colosseum’s website.

Katy Perry: PLAY – Resorts World Theatre

Pop superstar Katy Perry debuted her Katy Perry: PLAY Las Vegas Residency at the Resorts World Theatre back in December 2021. She continued to bring the fun to her larger-than-life show through 2022 and recently added another 16 shows to her roster for 2023. Perry offered Refinery29 a rare behind-the-scenes glimpse at her PLAY residency back in 2022, telling the outlet the show was “weird” and that she felt like a “doll in a kind of toy-filled world.”

Fans can see Perry perform on the 2023 leg of her Las Vegas residency from Feb. 24 to August 12 by purchasing tickets HERE.

Carrie Underwood: REFLECTION – Resorts World Theatre

Country artist Carrie Underwood is also playing a Las Vegas Residency at the Resorts World Theatre. Underwood’s REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency returns to Sin City for its 2023 18-date run beginning on Jun. 21. Underwood announced the 2023 dates for her residency on Dec. 1, 2022, the one-year anniversary of the debut of her show. Underwood said she was “thrilled” to be returning to Vegas following the conclusion of her Denim & Rhinestones Tour.

Miranda Lambert: Velvet Rodeo – Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood

Miranda Lambert will also head back to Vegas in 2023. The “If I Was A Cowboy” singer announced she’d be extending her Miranda Lambert: Velvet Rodeo The Las Vegas Residency through the end of 2023 due to fan demand. Lambert’s 2022 run of her Las Vegas residency included a 22-song set list, fiery production, and more. Lambert’s 2023 run kicks off on Mar. 24 and ends on Dec. 16 at the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood.

Adele: Weekends With Adele – Colosseum at Caesars Palace

Adele’s Weekends With Adele – Las Vegas Residency kicked off in 2022 and will run through Mar. 25 of this year. The “Easy On Me” singer had canceled her original residency saying the show was not “good enough,” which left fans disappointed. Despite her fans’ disappointment, the 34-year-old singer stuck by her decision and rescheduled her previously canceled dates. “Thank you for your patience, I love you,” Adele told fans in a statement posted to her website.

Luke Bryan: Vegas – Resorts World Theatre

Luke Bryan’s Luke Bryan: Vegas Residency debuted at the Resorts World Theatre on Feb. 11, 2022. Bryan was having so much fun performing on his residency, he added 12 more dates to his slated run, extending the show through September 2023. “I love doing these headlining shows in Vegas because the intimate room at Resorts World allows me to really connect to the crowd in such a different way,” Bryan said of his show, which includes hits such as “Country Girl (Shake It For Me),” “Knockin’ Boots,” and “One Margarita.”

Keith Urban: The Las Vegas Residency – Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood

Country singer Keith Urban is bringing his Keith Urban: The Las Vegas Residency to the Zappos Theater at Planet Hollywood for a 16-date run from Mar. 3 to Jul. 1. The show is not Urban’s first go-around with a Las Vegas residency. The “Brown Eyes Baby” previously performed a 12-show Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesar’s Palace back in 2020.

Bruno Mars: Live In Las Vegas – Dolby Live

Pop and R&B singer Bruno Mars is playing a Las Vegas residency at the Dolby Live this year. The “Uptown Funk” singer will play seven shows in Sin City as part of his Bruno Mars: Live In Las Vegas Residency from May 24. To Jun. 3. The residency follows another Las Vegas Residency performed by Mars as part of his side project, Silk Sonic with Anderson .Paak.

Of course, the artists mentioned in the list are not the only ones performing in Sin City. Maroon 5, Usher, Barry Manilow, and many others also have Las Vegas residencies.
