“I know you got some premium biscuits, so let’s exchange baby. I got gravy for days,” Yung Gravy said to Wilson in a video message.

Lainey Wilson is one of the most talented female artists in country music. And she’s earned the awards to prove it.

The 30-year-old Louisiana native collected not one, not two, but four trophies at the 2023 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards last month, becoming the most nominated and awarded female at the ceremony. She won awards for Album of the Year for Bell Bottom Country, Female Artist of the Year, and Music Event and Visual Media of the Year for her collaborative hit “wait in the truck” with HARDY.

But, aside from all of the attention she is getting for her impeccable voice, catchy collaborations, stellar songwriting, and even her acting (she made her acting debut in 2022 on the Season 5 premiere of the popular drama series Yellowstone) skills, Wilson has caused up a stir on social media for something else — her butt.

Lainey Wilson found that not only is she famous, but so is her backside after a specific TikTok video of her performing “Things a Man Oughta Know” from a side angle surfaced. Needless to say the clip received a ton of reactions – enough to go viral.

“If y’all don’t know what we’re talking about, my big old butt went viral on TikTok,” Wilson acknowledged during a previous interview with ET Canada. “So much love for the booty! I mean, my booty introduced my music to a lot of folks, and I’m OK with that. I think, ‘What would Dolly Parton do?’”

“You know, I’ve been at this a long time,” she continued. “And if you found out about my music and stuck around because of the butt or because of the music… you’re welcome!”

While Wilson seems to be embracing the love she is receiving for her booty, it hasn’t yet stopped the chatter surrounding it. In fact, rapper Yung Gravy, whose real name is Matthew Hauri, has now inserted himself into the conversation.

The Minnesota native recently got on TikTok to comment on one of Wilson’s posts, writing “I love country.”

“And country loves you right back, Yung Gravy. You got any biscuits with that gravy?” Wilson replied.

Yung Gravy boldly added, “Lainey Wilson, what’s good baby? I know for a fact that the rap community loves you, Lainey Wilson. It’s funny you ask about the biscuits because I actually just ran out, and I know you got some premium biscuits, so let’s exchange baby. I got gravy for days.”

Wilson has not responded to Young Gravy’s last words, and rightfully so as she’s already taken. The “Grease” singer recently confirmed that she is dating Devlin “Duck” Hodges, a former quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers.

And while it’s unlikely that Yung Gravy has a shot with Wilson, he may have one in the world of country music. The rapper, who is known for the hit “Betty,” recently revealed that he may be collaborating with Shania Twain.

“I met Shania last night, and we bonded a lot over the fact that she lives in Switzerland,” he told Entertainment Tonight. “Yeah, I’m a Swiss citizen, and that worked out real well, but they want us to come out to their place in Lake Geneva and record some stuff… I’d probably try to get her on some trap stuff. I’d probably try to get her to start a feature on a trap track, but I’ll probably let her handle the melodies, and I’ll do the lyrics. That’s how I usually do it in sessions.”

Yung Gravy also shares that he’s no stranger to country music as he has spent time with and developed friendships with artists like Morgan Wallen and HARDY.

“I’ve actually been writing country for artists a lot lately, and I’m kind of getting into that. I don’t know, it just kind of fits, even though I’ve written rap for people. But the country just kind of worked out,” he shares. “I’ve been pretty close with HARDY and Morgan Wallen. I was at HARDY’s release party last week… I’m going to stay at his place in Nashville soon, so I’m going to get some country writing in there. And then I guess next time I’m in Switzerland, I’ll do it Shania’s way, baby.”
