Bunnie XO is giving fans an inside look at her and Jelly Roll’s intimate vow renewal ceremony, which took place at A Stained Glass Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas on Thursday (Aug. 31), the same chapel the couple got married at in 2016.
The Dumb Blonde Podcast host took to social media on Friday (Sept. 1) to detail the full-circle moment she shared with her husband in Sin City as well as unveil photos from the emotional event.

Bunnie XO shared a collection of seven photographs capturing various moments from the ceremony. The snapshots include a range of different moments, including one showcasing her and Jelly Roll standing beneath a white arch, hands entwined as they exchanged vows.
Another image captures Bunnie walking down the aisle, alongside Jelly Roll’s emotional reaction to that pivotal moment. There’s also a posed photograph featuring Bunnie, Jelly Roll, and their daughter Bailee Ann in addition to a photo of Bunnie surrounded by her closest female friends after the ceremony. The series of photos concluded with a glimpse of Bunnie XO’s preparations before the ceremony began in a bridal suite.
Alongside the photos, Bunnie XO penned a heartfelt caption that embodies the couple’s love story, which began with a serendipitous encounter in 2015.
“Who knew a chance encounter in 2015 would lead to our stars colliding a year later in the cutest, tiniest chapel in Vegas exchanging vows of forever when neither one of even knew what forever meant. I had no idea who you were, yet my soul felt like I knew you for 10 lifetimes. ,” she began.
Recalled The Night They First Said “I Do”
Bunnie later recalled the night they first said “I do” and the promise that Jelly Roll made to her that night.
“Before we stumbled in that chapel, you grabbed my hands & looked me straight in the eyes & said, ‘Bunnie, our lives won’t always be like this. You won’t have to do what you do for much longer, we’re going to figure this out. I promise you.’ ”
She admitted that she had “no idea” what life would throw at them after their wedding day, but knew she could tackle anything as long as she had Jelly Roll by her side.
“These past 7 years have been a whirlwind dark fairytale,” Bunnie continued. “Nothing we have accomplished as lovers & friends was easy. We fought to become the people we are, to break the childhood traumas we were ‘blessed’ with & learn to love in a healthy way. To right all our wrongs & create a home to raise Bailee in that she can be proud of. No matter what life has thrown our way we walked thru the fire together, hand in hand w/ a smile.”
Same Officiant And Chapel From 2016 Wedding
Highlighting the significance of the location where their journey began, Bunnie XO then revealed that they had the same officiant and that their vow renewal ceremony happened at the same chapel where they first tied the knot back in 2016.
“Last night we walked into that same tiny chapel, @astainedglassweddingchapel with the same sweet lady (Sherrie) who married us 7 years ago & made new promises to each other in the city we fell in love in. Not only that, but I get to watch you be the King of the Strip for a night in my hometown to a sold out crowd. What a full circle moment in life I’ll forever cherish… “
She concluded her heartfelt message by expressing her love with the “NEED A FAVOR” singer.
“You are my missing puzzle piece. My safe space. The man that makes me dance in my feminine energy. My bestfriend, my hero & the greatest man I’ve ever known. They don’t make ‘em like you anymore Jason DeFord. Cheers, to lucky #7 & so many more. & like I’ve always told you – The house always wins baby ”
Shared Clips From Their Vow Renewal Ceremony
Bunnie XO’s post comes after she and Jelly Roll shared clips from their second wedding on TikTok, where they showcased their love for one another with sweet captions.
Jelly Roll’s clip takes fans inside the ceremony and showcases special moments such as Bunnie XO walking down the aisle and the moment he sees her donning a wedding dress for the first time.
“7 years ago we stumbled into this little chapel in Vegas black out drunk. My only regret was never seeing her in a dress,” Jelly Roll wrote in text that appears on the clip. “7 years to the date, in the same chapel, we renewed our vows.”
The video was set to Bruno Mars’ “Marry You” and was simply captioned, “We renewed our vows tonight in Vegas.”
Bunnie XO sweetly commented, “You hang my moon & stars punkin ✨ luckiest girl alive.”
“Tonite Was Such A Dream”
Meanwhile, The Dumb Blonde podcast host’s clip includes footage of the couple holding hands while exchanging vows once again beneath a beautifully decorated arch, adorned with twinkling miniature lights and lush greenery.
Jelly Roll lovingly wipes away tears as he gazes into Bunnie’s eyes. At one point, their faces light up with beaming smiles, seemingly appearing to be completely overcome with joy.
“Tonite was such a dream,” Bunnie XO wrote.
Jelly Roll was quick to respond, “Head over heels in love still 7 years later.”
Why Did Jelly Roll And Bunnie XO Renew Their Vows?
Last month, Jelly Roll explained why he and Bunnie XO decided to renew their vows in an interview on the Superstar Power Hour with Audacy’s Katie and Company.
“Everybody says to do it in 10 years, but we’ve heard about the 7-year itch. So we’re like, let’s get ahead of this thing. Let’s double down on year seven,” he shared.
The couple, who originally tied the knot in 2016, chose to say “I do” again as they never knew the exact date they got married.
“We never really had an anniversary because we can’t remember what date we got married,” Jelly Roll, whose real name is Jason DeFord, laughed while speaking to interviewer Katie Neal. “Listen, it gets even wilder. Because of the time we got married, the court said that we got married on the 30th of August, but they didn’t file [our marriage certificate] until the 31st. And the marriage license people said that it was officially stamped on the 1st.”
Never Had An Official Wedding Date
The 38-year-old Antioch native revealed that although he and Bunnie XO were there for every moment leading up to the wedding and beyond, they weren’t sober enough to fully absorb the moment. Given this, they now wish for a second chance as mature individuals, without the influence of alcohol.
“We know we got married between the 30th [of August] and the 1st [of September], but we just don’t remember what day, which time anyways because we were partying and drinking in Vegas. It was like a 4 or 5-day bender, and the marriage just happened in the middle of it, so we’re like, let’s do this right, as adults now.”

He continued, “We’re going to parade down the Las Vegas Strip to that same little chapel that married us that drunken night, this time sober, to remember, is our deal. We’re going to renew our vows and party in Vegas like we did that one night seven years ago.”
On social media, Bunnie XO also elaborated on the reason they decided to renew their vows.
“J & I are doing vow renewals this year!” she told followers. “I’m going to wear a real wedding dress since I didn’t the first time we got married in that little chapel in Vegas.”
How Did Jelly Roll And Bunnie XO Meet?
Jelly Roll and Bunnie XO first met at one of the Nashville native’s concerts on Fremont Street in Las Vegas at The Country Saloon in 2015. At the time, Bunnie XO wasn’t familiar with Jelly Roll as he had not yet been discovered. Despite not knowing each other right off the bat, the two locked eyes and sparked a connection.
“We hit it off. She said she fell in love with the saddest eyes in the room,” Jelly Roll previously shared.
Nearly a year later, the couple tied the knot in the summer of 2016.
