Miranda Lambert gave People an exclusive tour of ‘Wanda The Wanderer,’ a 1954 Fly Cloud Airstream, designed by Lambert and The Junk Gypsies.

Lambert, donning a lavender sundress, took fans inside her Airstream, which featured handmade curtains, a church pew, several lounge areas, including a snake-skin seating area and more.

“Hello y’all, I’m Miranda Lambert and this is my Airstream, Wanda The Wanderer. She is a ’54 Flying Cloud and she has been designed by The Junk Gypsies in Round Top, Texas, and I want to show you a few of my favorite things,” the “Strange” singer said in the clip’s opening.

Wanda The Wanderer Is Lambert & Her Touring Team’s Goto Hangout Spot On The Road

The three-time GRAMMY winner then showed fans around her aftershow hangout spot, where her and her touring team go to blow off steam after their energy-filled concerts.

“We bring Wanda on the road with us to every show, so, she’s been on the road for a decade now. Thank God her walls can’t talk because there’s stories from in here,” Lambert said.

The first item that Lambert highlighted in the Airstream was the church pew that was branded with the words ‘Jesus Drank Wine,” which she dubbed one of her “favorite things” on ‘Wanda The Wanderer.’

“This is one of my favorite things, obviously, because it’s a Church pew in a rolling bar. What’s not to love,” Lambert gushed.

As the just over 2-minute clip continued, Lambert showed viewers around the custom Airstream and detailed all her favorite spots.

The Texas native showed the “end of the night area” in the back of the Airstream, which featured two comfy chairs complete with Western-themed pillows behind a maroon curtain, where she said her and her friends “lean back with your last nightcap and just chill and listen to music.”

Lambert then showcased her “little road box of Wanda June goodies,” which included several items from her Wanda June Home by Miranda Lambert Walmart collection before showing another favorite area of hers within the Airstream.

“This may be one of my favorite things besides the Church pew in this place,” Lambert gushed of her snake-skin seating area that surrounded a table in front of the vehicle.

“It’s snakeskin and I was like ‘that’s a bold choice for a little gypsy camper trailer,’ but Amie and Jolie from Junk Gypsy just felt like it would be such a rock n’ roll vibe for this area and I have a song called ‘The Airstream Song.’ And in it is a line that says ‘homemade curtains lives just like a gypsy. So all the curtains are handmade and homemade,” Lambert explained.

Wanda The Wanderer Has Been Touring With Miranda Lambert For Over A Decade

The country hitmaker explained that Wanda has been on the road with her for the last ten-years and promises that she will be with her forever.

“Wanda The Wanderer has been on tour for the last decade. So, she’s been all over the country. In fact, she got totaled about 5-years ago and we got a donor Airstream to give her another half. She got run off the road in Oregon actually in a snowstorm on tour and even though she flipped, the driver was okay and she kept her crown on like a true road queen. So, like Wanda’s out forever now.

Designed by The Junk Gypsies’ Amie and Jolie Sikes, Wanda The Wanderer is the perfect blend of “rock n’ roll” and “home.”

“The Junk Gypsies from Round Top, Texas designed this. They’re longtime friends of mine. We’ve been friends for almost two-decades, Amie and Jolie, and they have an amazing family business and are great fellow creatives,” Lambert added. “So, it was a great collaboration of what felt rock n’ roll and felt like home at the same time, because this bar is where we all go after the show to hang and be together and celebrate our music and our life.”

Miranda Lambert & Her Husband Brendan Are Currently Traveling In Her Other Airstream

Lambert and her husband Brendan are currently embarking on a “20-day run of adventures out west” in her other Airstream, which she calls “The Sheriff.”

Lambert and McLoughlin have often shared updates from their travels together.

In 2020, they logged 1,000 miles in six days with “The Sheriff,” making stops from Tennessee to Virginia, Pennsylvania and finally, New York.

The reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year previously gushed over McLoughlin’s navigation skills, and admitted he was the “best navigator” during their travels.

In early 2021, the couple took a “magical” winter road trip that brought them to Asheville, North Carolina where they visited The Biltmore Estate and various Asheville eateries.

This fall, Lambert will launch her much-anticipated Las Vegas residency, Velvet Rodeo.

Kicking off on September 23, 2022, the residency will take place at the 7,000-seat Zappos Theater inside Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, the centerpiece of the famed Las Vegas Strip.
