Hubb’s Farm in North Carolina is paying tribute to Toby Keith with a unique corn maze, inspired by the country music legend, his massive hit “Red Solo Cup” and his love for patriotism.

Corn Maze Honoring

The Toby Keith-themed maze is part of Hubb’s Farm’s tradition of elaborate corn maze designs, now in its 17th year. Spanning an impressive 15 acres, the maze features a portrait of Toby Keith wearing a cowboy hat, the Hubb’s Farm logo, and a red solo cup, as well as the year he was born (1961) and the year he passed away (2024).

The maze made up completely of corn also incorporates hundreds of live red zinnias to create the red solo cup.

Tammy Peterson, co-owner of Hubb’s Farm, shared the inspiration behind this year’s design in a recent press release. “We hope this maze serves as a wonderful tribute to one of the most iconic country music songwriters and performers of our time,” Peterson shared. “We invite Toby Keith fans and country music lovers to visit the maze and celebrate his music and legacy with us.”

The Hubb’s Family first announced the maze via social media on July 29, writing, “We are thrilled to announce our 2024 maze design! For our 17th season, we are paying tribute to the legendary Toby Keith. This incredible design will span 15 acres on our family farm, and we can’t wait to share it with you!”

The corn maze isn’t the only way Hubb’s Farm plans to honor the late Toby Keith. The family behind the farm is also planning a special event to celebrate Keith’s iconic hit, “Red Solo Cup” that will be announced in the coming weeks, according to a social media post.

17 Years Of Corn Maze Designs at Hubb’s Farm

This marks the first time that the family-owned farm has created a corn maze inspired by a musician.

Each year for nearly two decades, Hubb’s Farm creates a themed corn maze as part of their fall festivities at the farm. The farm previously designed the maze to be A Pirate’s Adventure (2008), North Carolina Zoo (2009), Salute To Our USA Military (2010), Space Adventures (2011), The Train: Powerful Steam Engine Locomotive (2012), Dinosaur World (2013), The World of Farming (2014), Salute To Our Home State, North Carolina (2015), North Carolina: A Pirate’s Playground (2016), NC Goldrush (2017), Salute To Baseball: Top Gun Sports USA (2018), Blast Off: 50th Anniversary of The Moon Landing (2019), Sunflowers Galore (2020), Great Outdoors & Fishing NC (2021), 15th Anniversary of Hubb’s Farm (2022), Salute To Our Sampson County Waterways (2023) and then of course Toby Keith for this year.

In addition to a corn maze, the fall festivities at Hubb’s Farm also include a pumpkin patch, farm animal encounters, flower patches, concessions and more.

Hubb’s Farm is located at 10276 N US 421 Highway in Clinton, North Carolina.
