Nelly celebrated the 20th anniversary of his seminal, Diamond-selling album, Country Grammar, performing a medley of the records hits at the 2020 American Music Awards.

On Sunday (Nov. 22), the rapper performed a medley that included fan-favorite tracks: “Country Grammar,” “E.I.” and “Ride Wit Me.”

“20 years of celebrating a music project is beyond belief and I want to thank everybody that made that possible as well as making it a Diamond album as well,” Nelly shared ahead of the performance, “It’s the celebration of allowing Nelly to be 20 years and be here doing what he’s doing.”

The rapper recently released an infectious collaborative single with Florida Georgia Line called “Lil Bit,” which you can see the live debut performance of on Tuesday on Good Morning America.

The 2020 American Music Awards also featured performances from Bad Bunny, Jhay Cortez, BTS, Dua Lipa, Lil Baby, Megan Thee Stallion, Shawn Mendes, Justin Bieber, 24KGOLDN and Iann Dior, Bebe Rexha feat. Doja Cat, Bell Biv DeVoe, Jennifer Lopez with Maluma, The Weeknd feat. Kenny G, Machine Gun Kelly, Lewis Capaldi, Dan + Shay, Katy Perry with Darius Rucker and Billie Eilish.

The awards were produced by dick clark productions. Amy Thurlow, Barry Adelman, Mark Bracco and Linda Gierahn are executive producers. Larry Klein is producer. The “2020 American Music Awards” is sponsored by Cheetos, T-Mobile and Xfinity.
