Morgan Wallen‘s sister, Ashlyne Wallen, and her boyfriend, Dr. Skylor Morton, revealed that they are expecting their first child together. The couple shared the exciting news with fans via social media on Sunday afternoon (Feb. 25), unveiling that their baby will arrive this summer.
Morgan Wallen’s Sister Ashlyne Is Pregnant
To announce the news, the couple chose to document this exciting chapter of their lives with their friends, family and followers through a series of ten images on social media. The photos, captured by Darian Kaia Photography, feature the couple posed in a variety of ways with their sonograms.
“Summer 2024 ♥️,” Ashlyne simply captioned the photos. The carousel of snapshots begins with a photo of Skylor seated on a white couch with Ashlyne wrapping her arms around him with a big smile on her face while holding their ultrasound photo in her hand.
As the series continues, Ashlyne and Skylor are seen all smiles taking Polaroid photos together, while others feature Ashlyne holding her baby bump as Skylor looks on with a smile and Ashlyne sitting atop their kitchen counter looking at the sonograms as Skylor appears in the background washing his hand with a big smile on his face.
The series of images concludes with a picture of Ashlyne’s baby bump, with her and Skylor’s hands cradling it while holding Polaroids from their maternity photo shoot.

The couple’s social media post quickly garnered an outpouring of love and congratulations from friends, family and followers. The comment section of the post flooded with heartfelt messages from a slew of people. Megan Moroney, Raelynn, HARDY’s wife Caleigh and more were among the well-wishers, commenting congratulatory messages for the parents-to-be.
“CONGRATS ❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Raelynn wrote, while Moroney commented, “Love yall. Omg these are amazing.”
“YOUR LITTLE BUMP IM FREAKING OUT!!!!!!! I’m gonna cry!!!” Caleigh wrote.
Ashlyne’s sister, Mikaela Wallen, also took to the comments of the post and wrote, “The most beautiful pregnant woman ever! Can’t wait to squeeze this little muffin and love them forever” alongside pink and blue heart emojis.
Expecting First Child With Her Boyfriend, Dr. Skylor Morton
The couple have reportedly been dating for quite some time, but only recently went public on social media. On December 17, 2023, Ashlyne shared a photo of herself with her boyfriend Skylor Morton, who is a cosmetic dentist at Morton Dental Group in Nashville, captioned, “Yeah my boyfriend’s pretty cool…”
The post served as a hard launch, making their relationship social media official. Since then, the couple have published several images together. Publicly, not much else is known about their relationship or how they met.
Ashlyne and Skylor’s bundle of joy will join furry sister Bexley Paris, Ashlyne’s 4-year-old goldendoodle.

Ashlyne Even Sings Background Vocals On A Morgan Wallen Song
Ashlyne recently featured on a song that appears on her brother Morgan Wallen’s new album, One Thing At A Time. The song, titled “Outlook,” serves as track No. 25 on the project and features Ashlyne singing backing vocals. Ashlyne provides an angelic undertone throughout the second verse and chorus of the track.
“I grew up in church singing three-part harmonies with my two sisters. That’s how I learned to sing, so this was a full-circle moment for Ashlyne and me,” Wallen previously shared of being able to include his sister on the project. “That is very special for me. My sister and I are very close and always have been, so having her on ‘Outlook’ was an important and emotional thing for both of us.”
In February of 2023, the 30-year-old country hitmaker explained the reason why he chose his sister for the faith-based track. “It seemed appropriate from everything that we grew up learning and everything that we lived through together,” Wallen explained.
Morgan Wallen has yet to publicly comment on his sister’s pregnancy.
