Morgan Wallen talked about his dream collaborations in a new interview ahead of the CMT Music Awards.

The country superstar revealed that his dream collaboration is with fellow country star Eric Church and The Eagles’ Don Henley.

“In format, it’s Eric Church,” Wallen revealed. “Outside, that’s a tough one. Don Henley from The Eagles.”

During the interview, he also revealed that quarantine has given him more time to work on his “double album” and he promises that in 2021 he will have his double album “out then.”

Wallen will be performing during the awards show on Wednesday.

The 2020 CMT Music Awards is set to air on Wednesday night (Oct. 21) on CMT and will feature performances from Ashley McBryde, Dan + Shay, Gabby Barrett, Jimmie Allen, Noah Cyrus, Kane Brown, Little Big Town, Luke Bryan, Luke Combs, Brooks & Dunn, Maren Morris, Morgan Wallen, Sam Hunt and Shania Twain as well as debut performances by Caylee Hammack, HARDY, Ingrid Andress, Mickey Guyton, Riley Green and Travis Denning.

Kane Brown is set to co-host the awards ceremony alongside Ashley McBryde and Sarah Hyland.

The Awards are produced by CMT’s Margaret Comeaux, Switched On Entertainment’s John Hamlin and Amy Lin Johnson; the Executives in Charge of Production are Jackie Barba and Heather D. Graffagnino.
