Miranda Lambert will become the first female country star to open a bar on Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee.

According to Nashville Business Journal, the country superstar will open Miranda Lambert’s Casa Rosa at 308 Broadway in downtown Nashville, just a few doors away from her ex-husband Blake Shelton’s bar, Ole Red.

“In true Miranda Lambert fashion, the two-time Grammy Award-winning artist will make history in 2021 by partnering with TC Restaurant Group to become the first female country star to have a bar and restaurant on Broadway in Nashville, Tennessee,” the Restaurant group says in a statement. “TC Restaurant Group and Miranda Lambert are excited to release more details in the coming week.”

“A Metro permit pulled Wednesday shows that the building is undergoing interior renovations to the existing restaurant/bar space. That includes adding a mezzanine and two restrooms to the second floor, and upgrading the “bar areas and finishes” for the 17,400-square-foot building,” Nashville Business Journal reported.

TC Restaurant Group’s portfolio includes Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar, Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink, FGL House, Tequila Cowboy, Wanna B’s Karaoke Bar, Luigi’s City Pizza, Sun Diner, and It’s a Nashville Thing, Y’all Gift Shop.

Lambert joins a slew of other country acts that have bars on Broadway including Dierks Bentley, Blake Shelton, Alan Jackson, Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, John Rich and more.

Additional information about the bar to be announced in the coming weeks.
