Miranda Lambert brought her and her husband Brendan McLoughlin’s love story to life in her new “Settling Down” music video and now the superstar released a behind-the-scenes video.
On Wednesday (Oct. 28), Lambert said that McLoughlin is her “video vixon” in the new clip. She also says that this song is her husband’s favorite track from the new album, so having him in the video was perfect as it gives fans an inside look into their life on the farm.
“This was Brendan’s first on-camera video shoot with me,” Lambert told PEOPLE. “‘Settling Down’ was his favorite song from my Wildcard record so it was great we were able to shoot this video together and give fans a glimpse into our life on the farm.”
The music video filmed on her Tennessee Farm, the music video not only features her husband Brendan but also her beautiful horse, Gibson. The video also showcases some of the stunning scenery on the several acres of land at Lambert’s Tennessee farm, the couple cuddling in a hammock and Lambert racing across the field on her aforementioned horse while McLoughlin watches in his black tie best.
“Settling Down” is the latest single to Country Radio from Lambert’s 2019 album, Wildcard.
