Miranda Lambert released her music video for her latest single “Settling Down” on Wednesday (Oct. 21) and it co-stars her husband Brendan McLoughlin, which marks his music video debut.
Filmed on her Tennessee Farm, the music video not only features her husband Brendan but also her beautiful horse, Gibson. The video also showcases some of the stunning scenery on the several acres of land at Lambert’s Tennessee farm, the couple cuddling in a hammock and Lambert racing across the field on her aforementioned horse while McLoughlin watches in his black tie best.
“I’ve never had a video in 18 years in the business with a love interest, and so it’s kinda funny that my husband’s my first one,” she recently told RADIO.COM‘s Kelly Ford. “I’m like, ‘you’re cute, you’re here, and you’re free.’ It was fun; he did such a great job… and our little dog is in it, and our ponies. It’s at my magical-happy place an hour away from Nashville.”
“Settling Down” is the latest single to Country Radio from Lambert’s 2019 album, Wildcard.
Lambert is up for 2 nods at tonight’s CMT Music Awards, tune in at 8pm EST on CMT to see if she wins!
