Earlier this month, Machine Gun Kelly unveiled that he wanted to release a rock album in 2020, And it is now known that he is correcting himself as he is now working on a new pop-punk project with Travis Barker. MGK is working with Barker, YUNGBLUD, blackbear, Trippie Redd, Young Thug and hopes to work with Fronzilla of Attila and Bert McCracken of The Used, in an interview with Zane Lowe.

MGK Tweeted saying, “I’d like to reword what I said last week to this: pop-punk album 2020”

He teased that he wants to grab hold of two more features that he wants to be on the new pop-punk record, saying “I want to get my homie Fronz from that band Attila on there. I think it would be really cool to get Bert McCracken from the Used on there.”
