Luke Combs paid for the funerals of three men who died at a recent festival.

The country superstar, who headlined night one of the multi-day festival on July 16, paid for the funeral of the three men, Dawson Brown, 20, Kole Sova, 19, and Richie Mays Jr., 20, who died while attending Faster Horses Music Festival in Brooklyn, Michigan last weekend at Michigan International Speedway, according to Combs’ publicist Asha Goodman.

While the “Cold As You” singer’s publicist did confirm that he has paid for the funerals, they also shared that Combs did not wish to provide any further comments but that he has personally reached out to all the victims families.

According to officials, Brown, Sova and Mays’ cause of death appeared to be carbon monoxide poisoning from a nearby generator on the campgrounds. All three of the men were found dead in a travel trailer at the event, while two others were taken to the hospital in critical condition.

Authorities said the deaths are still under investigation, but all appear to be accidental.

“It’s absolutely tragic,” Lenawee County Sheriff Troy Bevier previously said. “And we would caution anybody to make sure if they are using a generator — if it’s camping or if your power goes out — it is in a well-ventilated area.”

The festival also shared a statement regarding the tragic deaths.

“All of us in the Faster Horses Festival Family are deeply saddened by the tragic losses this weekend, as confirmed by the Lenawee County Sheriff’s department,” a statement shared by the festival read. “We will continue to stay in close contact with The Lenawee County Sheriff and all other Law enforcement agencies, and follow their lead regarding any and all information as it is officially confirmed. Out hearts are broken for the families, friends and loved ones.”
