Luke Combs’ latest single “Lovin’ On You” has earned him his eighth multi-week No. 1 single, the track is on Billboard’s Country Airplay chart for the second consecutive week.

The country superstar became the first country artist in history to have his first nine singles reach No. 1 on the Country Airplay chart including “Hurricane,” “When It Rains It Pours,” “One Number Away,” “She Got the Best of Me,” “Beautiful Crazy,” “Beer Never Broke My Heart,” “Even Though I’m Leaving,” “Does to Me” and his latest “Lovin’ On You.”

Out of the nine No. 1 hits that Combs’ earned, eight of them have had several week long runs at the No. 1 spot. “Beautiful Crazy” held the No. 1 spot for seven weeks in 2019 and “Even Though I’m Leaving” which sat atop the chart for 5 weeks marking the two that held the spot the longest.

Combs is celebrating the achievement with the release of his music video for the song tonight (Sept. 9) at 7 p.m. EST.
