Chapel Hart’s recent America’s Got Talent (AGT) audition captured the attention of millions, including country music legend Loretta Lynn.

After seeing Chapel Hart perform their original tune, “You Can Have Him Jolene,” which serves as a response to Dolly Parton’s “Jolene,” on AGT, Lynn took to social media to challenge the country trio to remake one of her classic hits.

“I love it, ladies. Now I’m wondering what you might be able to do with one of my songs! Chapel Hart #AGT #breakingthrough #girlpower #stillwomanenough,” Lynn wrote on Facebook.

Chapel Hart’s Performance Also Garnered Attention From Dolly Parton & Darius Rucker

The three-piece band’s performance on AGT also garnered attention from Dolly Parton and Darius Rucker, among many other country artists.

Parton took to Twitter on Wednesday (July 20) to share her thoughts on their song.

“What a fun new take on my song, @ChapelHartBand!” Parton wrote. “Carl’s birthday is today so I think I’ll hang on to him, and I’m not notifying Jolene that today is his birthday. #AGT”

When Rucker saw their audition on AGT, he praised their performance saying, “Hell yes!!! Go y’all!!”

A fan later tweeted Rucker asking, “maybe you can help @ChapelHartBand break some more barriers in Nashville.”

He responded and revealed that the group will make a special appearance on his forthcoming album. “Already put them on my next record,” he wrote.

Chapel Hart confirmed, “I mean…we weren’t TRYING to break the whole internet, but since @dariusrucker let the cat out of the bag…”

Chapel Hart Are In Disbelief Of The Country Stars Who Reacted To Their AGT Audition

The America’s Got Talent contestants were in disbelief over how many country superstars have reacted to their AGT performance and shared their thoughts.

“@dollyparton and @lorettalynnofficial IN THE SAME DAY?!?!? WHAT IS LIFE ?!?!? 🤯🤯🤯” the group collectively wrote, later sharing “WTHH DARIUS FREAKIN RUCKER!!”

Chapel Hart, composed of sisters Danica and Devynn Hart and their cousin Trea Swindle, performed “You Can Have Him Jolene” in front of judges Simon Cowell, Sofía Vergara, Heidi Klum, and Howie Mandel and host Terry Crews. It’s safe to say their audition left a lasting impression.

Furthermore, their performance earned a golden buzzer and raked in millions of views upon its release.

Chapel Hart will now advance to the live rounds of the hit show.

America’s Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
