Perry also told the outlet how her headlining concerts will differ from the shows she’s done with her brothers in The Band Perry.

“I mean, I’m used to touring with my brothers and that’s been such a phenomenal thing to collaborate on shows, but this means I get to make all the decisions on the set list and for the set. So that’s really, really exciting,” she continued. “And I’m a mentor for this year’s Next Women class and bringing out six of the gals with me. So it’s just such a special female empowerment tour, and we can’t wait to kick it off in August.”
