Kane Brown will be sharing a powerful message with his upcoming performance on Wednesday, September 16 at the 2020 ACM Awards.
Brown is set to perform his unifying single “Worldwide Beautiful” from his latest EP, Mixtape Vol. 1, live from the Grand Ole Opry House stage.
“I am so excited to play the ACMs and share such a powerful message to the community that we all need to come together as one. And, be a family and everybody love everybody,” Brown explains of his upcoming ACM Awards performance. “That’s what Worldwide Beautiful is and what it means and I cannot wait to play it for you guys.”
“Worldwide Beautiful” is a perfectly fitting song for the current times that we live in, where we need nothing more than to be brought together. All proceeds from the song benefit The Boys And Girls Clubs of America.
Other performances on the ACM Awards include Kelsea Ballerini, Gabby Barrett, Maren Morris, Old Dominion, Thomas Rhett, Jon Pardi, Riley Green, Tenille Townes, Jimmie Allen, Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Dan+Shay, Florida Georgia Line, Mickey Guyton, Carrie Underwood, Morgan Wallen, Trisha Yearwood, Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton.
In a recent interview, Brown said that they have already shot the music video to “Worldwide Beautiful,” and that his daughter, Kingsley, will be making her video debut in that alongside his wife and the Mount Pleasant Tennessee Police Department.
“We shot a couple, we just shot the Worldwide Beautiful music video and let me tell y’all it’s going to be crazy and Kingsley makes her debut in it,” Brown explained. “So I’m excited for that one.”
The 55th Annual ACM Awards will air live from three iconic country music venues including Grand Ole Opry House, Nashville’s historic Ryman Auditorium and The Bluebird Cafe at 8 p.m. EST on CBS Television Network, and will stream live and on-demand on CBS All Access. The show is hosted by the reigning ACM Entertainer of the Year and 15-time ACM Award-winner, Keith Urban.
The ACM Awards were originally scheduled to broadcast live from Las Vegas at MGM Grand Garden Arena on April 5 but due to the ongoing pandemic, the Academy Of Country Music decided to postpone the award ceremony until September 16.
