Jelly Roll And Bunnie XO’s Plane Makes Emergency Landing En Route To CMT Music Awards
Bunnie XO took to social media late Thursday evening (April 4) to share the scary news with her followers. After landing safely on the ground, she posted a video on TikTok recounting the incident. The clip featured the pilot talking to Jelly Roll and his entourage about what happened mid-flight that caused him to make an abrupt landing.
“Our plane we were on just stopped mid air and turned around for an emergency landing,” Bunnie wrote alongside a video of the group sitting in a private aircraft.
The couple and their crew then exited the plane and made their way inside an airport to wait for their plane to be repaired so that they could embark on the rest of their journey to Austin, Texas, for the CMT Music Awards. While waiting to return to the plane, Bunnie XO asked Jelly Roll, “what’s happening?”
The Dumb Blonde Podcast host then panned the camera to her husband while sitting in an airport awaiting to return to their flight.
“The plane just got turned around… They turned the plane around, and they said it’s an issue with the computer,” Jelly Roll said in the video, before joking, “at least it wasn’t the breaks.”
“And they want us to get back on it?” Bunnie XO quickly replied with a laugh.
