Jason Aldean welcomed fans to Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar in Las Vegas on Thursday (Dec. 5) with a star-studded grand opening celebration that featured two intimate concerts and a ribbon cutting ceremony.

The ACM Artist of the Decade and his wife, Brittany Aldean, were on hand to officially open the fourth location of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Aldean Received The Key To Las Vegas Strip, Honored With “Jason Aldean Day”

Before the doors officially opened to the public, Aldean was honored with a special tribute. Clark County Commissioner James Gibson presented Aldean with the Key to the Las Vegas Strip and declared December 5 as “Jason Aldean Day” throughout Clark County. Gibson praised Aldean’s contributions to Country music and reflected on Aldean’s deep connection to the city and the community, particularly following the tragic events of the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting in 2017.

“We have a relationship with Jason that is unique. We consider him one of our own,” Gibson stated at the event. “He spent and engaged in a personal movement of his own to make a difference after one October, and he did that. He lifted the spirits of not just an entire community, but an entire country as we grieved, and he helped us move through that time. We will always be indebted to you for that. You mean an awful lot to us.”

Gibson also joked about the honor of giving Aldean a key to the Las Vegas Strip, adding, “One other little thing I’ve got to do if you live here or if at least we accept you as if you do live here, you got to have a key to the place, right? So we have brought with us today a key to the Las Vegas Strip. We give those out only to people we trust not to use those keys to take all of our money, but you can deposit your own there anytime.”

“This Still Blows My Mind,” Aldean Admitted

Aldean, visibly moved by the gesture, then took to the podium to thank the crowd for their support. He also admitted that it’s mind-blowing to have a venue on the Las Vegas Strip.

“Thank you guys so much for being here today. This has been essentially about a two-year thing from the time we started talking about it until today,” he said, donning his signature jeans, plaid shirt, and cowboy hat.

Jason Aldean continued, “I have to say, this may be the most people we’ve ever had for a ribbon-cutting. So this is pretty good. It means things are going in the right direction, but I really appreciate, I mean, 20 years ago when I started my career, I’d never in a million years thought that I would have a place on the Las Vegas strip. This still blows my mind, but I love the city of Las Vegas. Really appreciate everybody coming out today and hope we do everybody proud here. Thank you so much for showing up, being a part of it. I hope you guys come in, enjoy it, and it’s here for a long time to come.”

Star-Studded Celebration

The night continued with a star-studded celebration, as several of Aldean’s friends and fellow artists showed up to support the grand opening. RaeLynn, Dee Jay Silver, Chancey Williams, Easton Corbin, Lindsey Stirling, Mark Estes, Kaleb Winterburn of the Montana Boyz, Ian Munsick, and TikTok stars Nick Luciano, Blake Moore (BMoe), and Roy Dinges were among the attendees. The grand opening event also included numerous other music industry professionals, all there to witness the unveiling of the new establishment.

Two Special Performances From Aldean

Once the ribbon was cut, Aldean treated the crowd to two special performances, one on each of the venue’s two stages, one acoustic for the VIP guests on the second floor and one high-energy set for his fans on the first floor. Fans sang along with every word to his hits like “Whiskey Drink,” “Try That In A Small Town,” “Let Your Boys Be Country” “Fly Over States,” “Dirt Road Anthem,” “My Kinda Party” and more.

“Welcome out to the grand opening of our new Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar right here on the Las Vegas Strip. Thank you guys so much for coming out tonight,” Aldean said while seated on a barstool with his acoustic guitar on stage. “We’re going to try to sing some songs for you tonight, but I got to be honest, we’re going to have some fun too.”

He then reflected on the full-circle moment. “This is pretty wild. Next year will be 20 years since we put out my very first single back in 2005 called ‘Hicktown,’ if you guys remember that one. We used to come to town and goto the old Frontier Hotel, Gilley’s, and beg those guys to let us drink for free all night because none of us had any money. And to now come here to Las Vegas and have our own bar on the Vegas Strip is pretty badass. Thank you guys for all the support, we appreciate it.”

Following his performance, Jason Aldean kept the party going by handing out shots of tequila and whiskey as well as posing for photos and greeting fans.

About Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar brings “Nashville’s Kinda Party” to the Las Vegas Strip. Developed in partnership with TC Restaurant Group, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar is located on the iconic Las Vegas Strip at 63 CityCenter, just one floor beneath the award-winning Ocean Prime Steakhouse, at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue. The 22,500 square foot establishment features six bars, two stages for live music, and a massive outdoor rooftop terrace that offers stunning views of the Las Vegas Strip.

The two-story venue is filled with an array of personally curated Jason Aldean memorabilia, showcasing items from throughout his career, such as the outfit he wore to honor Alabama at the CMT Giants tribute and the Desperado shirt he donned for his Highway Desperado album cover photoshoot. The space also displays plaques of his best-selling songs and a variety of photos of Aldean on stage, with his famous friends and duet partners, as well as moments with his family—wife Brittany and children Memphis and Navy. Neon signs featuring the titles of his hit songs, including “Try That in a Small Town,” “My Kinda Party,” “Big Green Tractor,” and more, add to the vibrant atmosphere.

Inside The 22,500 Square Foot Establishment

Upon entering Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar, guests are first greeted by a large, Jason Aldean-branded belt buckle podium, followed by the venue’s signature Tractor Bar, featuring an actual green vintage 4020 John Deere Tractor, a tribute to Aldean’s multi-Platinum hit, “Big Green Tractor.” The first floor also features one stage for live music, ample seating and tables for dining, multiple bars, a merchandise store and an outdoor patio area. Additionally, the bar’s first floor houses the iHeartRadio studio, where live interviews with country artists will air on 95.5 The Bull, Las Vegas’ No. 1 station for Country music.

As guests make their way to the second floor, they are welcomed by a giant Gibson guitar, modeled after one of Jason Aldean’s own stage guitars, positioned above the first bar they see at the top of the stairs. The second floor is known as the club level, as it features a second live music stage that transforms into a huge DJ booth and dance floor. This floor also includes an outdoor terrace that offers breathtaking views of the Las Vegas Strip, in addition to “Jason’s Corner,” which is a special area for VIP guests with private VIP booths and its own exclusive bar.

Two Stages For Live Music, Heartfelt Route 91 Tribute

As mentioned, Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar includes two live music stages, something Aldean was eager to incorporate as he wanted to provide artists with a dedicated space to perform in Vegas.

“Country music is a big part of it… As somebody that came up playing in clubs, I know how important that is to have an outlet to go and play for artists. And so whether it’s an artist that’s kind of new to the scene and trying to break through and maybe has a hit or two, they may pop in and play a show in here at some point,” Aldean shared.

Aldean added, “You’re also going to have local artists that come through here, and it gives them a venue to come out with their bands and play and kind of build their following… So it’s just cool for artists and even people coming in from out of town that could come in and get booked here and play. And it’s like I said, as a struggling artist early on in my career, places like this… they’re hard to come by sometimes… to come into a place that’s really well done and the sound system’s great, and all the stuff’s good. And I think that’s kind of what this place offers.”

He also made it a priority to include a heartfelt tribute to the victims and survivors of Route 91 Harvest and their families on the second floor of the bar.

Brings “Nashville’s Kinda Party” To Las Vegas

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar in Las Vegas mirrors the design of its Nashville counterpart, but with added glitz and glamour to elevate the Nashville vibe and match the vibrant party energy of Sin City. The venue has very inviting Southern-inspired decor combines rustic charm with modern touches, featuring exposed stone, reclaimed wood, neon signs, and industrial accents.

“Nashville was obviously our first bar that we opened there, and I think it was kind of one of those things where we didn’t really know what to expect either. We were just kind of putting our stamp on what we thought was a cool venue and something we thought people would want to come hang out at,” Aldean told Music Mayhem as he arrived to the grand opening of his Las Vegas bar and restaurant.

“Everything from the wallpaper to the decor or the tractor, I mean, you get stuff in here that you’re not going to see in other bars. And I just think it’s a cool place and I hope people come and enjoy it and take a bunch of pictures and do all the stuff,” he continued. “This being our fourth one, we’ve kind of worked some of the kinks out of the other ones where we felt like this is probably one of the coolest ones we got now at this point. And to be right here on the Las Vegas strip, I mean, you’re bringing country music and a country kind of atmosphere to the strip, which is unbelievable. And again, just blown away at how the city’s kind of embraced us and let us come in and be a part of it like that.”

Southern-Inspired Food Menu, Drinks Named After His Hit Songs

The menu boasts of Southern-inspired creations, comfort food and bold flavors, some of which are straight from the Aldean family cookbook, including Grandma’s Pot Roast (braised fork-tender beef roast, mashed potatoes and roasted carrots with charred cipollini onions), Jason’s Mac & Cheese (beer-brined chicken, cavatappi pasta, bock beer and bacon in a creamy pepper jack cheese with herbed panko crust) and Mama Aldean’s Peach Cobbler (peach cobbler served with vanilla bean ice cream and topped with caramel).

“This menu is personal to me,” Aldean previously shared of the food selection. “My mom was an amazing cook and there’s no way I could open this place without her food, such as her peach cobbler. As for the venue, it was important to me to add my personal touches and I hope people love it.”
