Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany Aldean have officially moved into their new Nashville home.
While Jason was working on his forthcoming 11th studio album this week, Brittany kept her promise to update her followers on the moving process.
“Move in day is here☺️ Check out my stories for a sneak peak [sic]♥️,” Brittany captioned a photo of their new home’s front door, which features a welcome mat with profane lyrics from Lil Wayne’s “I’m Goin’ In.”
She also showcased several rooms throughout the new home and highlighted some of the funky decor.
“We’re finally in. We just got here probably about an hour ago and it’s been a long day, but we are in,” she said on Instagram stories. “Everything’s ready to go and perfect and it’s definitely our funkiest house we’ve ever done. I’m going to go around and I’m going to take pictures of areas for you to see that are kind of my favorite areas in the house I guess. Then, I will do a more in depth photo or video series… a reel or something for you later to show you more of a tour, but here we go.”
She proceeded to make her way around the home and shared photos of some of the fully decorated spaces.
One corner featured a large green plant situated next to a feathered floor lamp. That room also featured a sage green plush chair with feather accents.
Another room included bunk beds, a glass chandelier, and a giant portrait of the couple’s children, Memphis and Navy.
The New Home Features Rooms Inspired By Elvis Presley, Dolly Parton & More
Brittany then took fans into their Elvis Presley-inspired living room, which opens up to the kitchen. The living room includes a portrait of Elvis on the wall hanging over what appears to be a wet bar, a black sectional, two oversized cheetah print chairs, a fireplace, fringe pendant lights, and more.
“I just feel like these chairs needed a moment… I feel like pictures don’t do it justice, so it’s really hard to post these things because I really want you guys to see it in person. So, I’m going to do videos for you, I swear, but these chairs just deserve such a moment,” Brittany said. “Funky, I know. This room is our Elvis room. So, every room was kind of themed. We have Dolly [Parton], we have Otis Redding and then Elvis. Here we are… I’m just dying over it… Look at ol’ Elvy, a hunk of burnin’ love.”
The former XO Britt Aldean owner went on to show her followers inside one of the bathrooms in their new home that featured a console sink with gold accents and a marble countertop as well as black bathroom accessories.
“THIS BATHROOM,” Brittany captioned the photo alongside a mind blown and drooling emoji.
Jason Aldean’s wife celebrated the big move with Melorosa wine and a dessert board.
Brittany revealed that she and Jason Aldean were moving out of their “forever home” earlier this month via Instagram stories.
“We are actually in the process of moving… We’re going to be keeping this house that we have in Nashville,” she told her 2.4 million followers. “We actually love real estate investments if you guys haven’t noticed. We love moving and creating new spaces and remodeling homes and stuff. So, we ended up building a new house here about a year ago… so it’s been a whole year process and [we’re] finally moving in next week.”
She later answered a question submitted by a fan asking why they are building a new home. “We just built our ‘dream’ home two years ago, yet we are sure it won’t be our final home. We love building, designing, the thrill of new places,” she wrote alongside a photo of their new place.
The Aldeans Also Own A Second Mansion In Nashville
Jason and Brittany moved into their former residence on June 13, 2020. The massive home is situated on a gorgeous piece of land in Tennessee and includes a bowling alley, resort-style pool, outdoor kitchen and bar, custom outdoor spaces for their children and so much more.
During an interview with Taste of Country in 2021, Brittany revealed that she wasn’t sure exactly how large the home was. “I don’t know, to be honest. But I will say it’s over 20,000 square feet, but I’m not sure. It’s a big guy. Jason worked hard for it.”
The “That’s What Tequila Does” singer opened up about their former home in late 2019 and referred to it as “our forever home.” At the time, he admitted that they had been building it for nearly a year and a half and that he wished they had downsized a bit.
“It’s where we want to be from now on and kind of raise our kids. It’s one of those things where I just said, ‘I’ve worked hard over the years. If we’re going to do this, let’s build what we want, and not sit here in five years and go, ‘Man, I wish he had done this or that.’ We made sure we knew exactly what we wanted and when, and started building it,” he told Taste of Country. “Now I’m going, ‘Man, I wish we went a little smaller, just so we can be in our house, just because it’s taking forever to do this thing, but it will be great when it’s all said and done.”
He added, “Obviously the career I’ve had, and the people that have supported it, are the reasons that we get to have that house. I’m very thankful for that. It’s going to be great, just the fact that I get to raise my kids there, and it gets to be there [sic] home forever, it’s cool.”
Jason And Brittany Aldean Also Own A Beach House In Florida
The couple also owns a beach home in Florida. After moving into the exquisite beachfront home, Brittany gave fans a tour on Instagram. The home includes an open floor plan with a chef’s kitchen, 360-degree beach views, and more.
Brittany recently revealed that the couple also owns a home in Turks & Caicos, however, they have yet to return to the island abode due to local regulations.
