Jason Aldean is returning to the road this summer on a 41-city headlining trek, dubbed the Highway Desperado Tour!

The country superstar took to social media on Monday (Feb. 13) to share the exciting tour news with fans.

“Highway Desperado Tour, let’s ride! 💥 Tickets on sale THIS Friday, Feb 17 at 10am local venue time,” Aldean wrote on Instagram.

Mitchell Tenpenny and Corey Kent also shared the news with their followers.

“We can finally announce this tour!! We can’t wait to be on the road with @Jason_Aldean ! This tour is going to freaking rock! Let’s get it! See y’all on the road…” Tenpenny wrote, while Kent shared, “Stoked to announce that I’ll be joining @jasonaldean and @m10penny & @deejaysilver1 on the Highway Desperado Tour!”

Produced by Live Nation, the 41-city headlining tour kicks off on July 14 at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts in Bethel, NY, making stops across the U.S. in Atlanta, Charlotte, Phoenix and more before wrapping up in Tampa at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre on October 28.

Mitchell Tenpenny, Corey Kent and Dee Jay Silver will serve as support on the trek.

The tour comes in support of his double album, Macon, Georgia. The project, which pays tribute to his hometown and serves as his tenth studio album, features 10 live tracks and 20 new originals, including the chart-topping hits “Trouble with a Heartbreak” and “If I Didn’t Love You” with Carrie Underwood as well as his current single “That’s What Tequila Does.”

Upon releasing the project, Aldean shared why the album is so special to him.

“It all started there,” Aldean recalled. “That’s where I learned to play guitar and where I learned to sing and where I played bars for the first time. It was just kind of where I learned to be a musician. It’s just where it all started for me. It was me kind of paying tribute to where it all started from.”

Tickets go on sale starting February 17 at 10am local time on JasonAldean.com. Fans can also purchase VIP Packages, which may include premium tickets, invitation to the Jason Aldean VIP Lounge, pre-show acoustic performance and Q&A session with Jason Aldean, VIP gift item & more.
