Gwen Stefani’s new album is on the way and is coming out “soon.”

In a recent interview with TODAY Show, The “Let Me Reintroduce Myself” singer revealed that although she is still writing, she hopes to release her forthcoming album very soon.

“Gwen, for the music, when’s your record coming out,” TODAY show host Carson Daly asked Stefani.

“I don’t know, probably soon, I have all the songs,” Stefani revealed. “I wrote a song yesterday. I’m still writing, I’m going to write a song tomorrow and then i’m just going to edit and try to get the best of the best. As soon as they say I can put it out, like soon.”

In another interview with Jimmy Fallon, the superstar shared that “of course” an album is coming but at first she wasn’t sure if she would do an album or not.

“I mean at first I didn’t know if I would do an album or not but I have all these songs and I think that even like next week I want to go back in and start writing again because I don’t feel like I am quite done writing and I think that the writing process has been incredibly exciting,” Stefani told Fallon. “I mean I love writing, that’s my favorite thing to do.”

When Fallon asked about her latest single, “Let Me Reintroduce Myself,” Stefani revealed that her soon-to-be husband Blake Shelton is who made her release this song as he thinks it is a hit.

“Blake was the one that said you know that song ‘Let Me Reintroduce Myself,’ that song is a hit or whatever,” Stefani explained. “And because he has had like 27 No. 1 radio hits and he’s been on The Voice for twenty Seasons picking songs and being around music, I trust him in that.”

No other information or details of Stefani’s forthcoming album are available as of yet.
