Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood surprised with a performance of “Shallow” during the Las Vegas Stadium concert.

On Sunday (July 11), the superstar couple, Brooks & Yearwood, surprised the capacity crowd at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, NV with a performance of their cover of Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s A Star Is Born song “Shallow.” Brooks & Yearwood performed the rendition of the track that also appears on Brooks’ latest project, FUN, and the song will also appear on Yearwood’s upcoming album, Every Girl (Deluxe).

Yearwood surprised, coming from beneath the stage, putting her powerhouse vocals on full display with her soaring verses of the song before flawlessly harmonizing with her husband for the chorus of the track. The crowd roared in excitement and applause throughout the truly mesmerizing performance.

“If you’re going to come back for the first time, this is where you want to be right here,” Brooks gushed after their performance.

Yearwood documented the performance via an Instagram video, which she captioned, “I don’t think I’ll ever meet the ground again! Las Vegas, thank you! xo”

“Shallow” was written by Stefani Germanotta (Lady Gaga), Mark Ronson, Anthony Rossomando and Andrew Wyatt and originally made famous by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper as part of their Emmy-award winning film soundtrack, A Star Is Born.
