Gabby Barrett penned a heartfelt message to her husband Cade Foehner in honor of his 25th birthday.
On Saturday (July 24), Foehner celebrated his 25th birthday and his superstar wife shared an emotion-filled message alongside a series of photos on Instagram.
“Happy Birthday to my confidant, other half, protector, leader, and best friend,” Barrett captioned the photos. “Time is never wasted with you. You are so unique. Lover of the Lord, your family, horses/farm animals, theologians, coffee, cowboy hats, and kale. Though I’ll see you around the corner of the kitchen, eating an entire cake in secret, that I made hahaha – one of my favorite things about you. Onto more. Happy 25. I love you.”
Foehner responded to Barrett’s loving birthday post to him saying, “I love you. It is a privilege of which I am most unfit to be your husband, Bless the Lord for His kindness!”

Barrett and Foehner met on the set of American Idol in 2018. Their relationship continued to flourish after the show, and Foehner eventually popped the question in March of 2019. The pair tied the knot six months later.
Less than one year after that, Barrett and Foehner announced that they were expecting their first child and it sounds like Baylah May won’t be their last.
“We’re ready to add on to our family and get some babies in there,” the “I Hope” singer recently shared. “I definitely want to have more than one in the future, for sure.”
