Jelly Roll‘s wife Bunnie XO shared an update on her dad, Bill’s, health after revealing in September that her father was battling Stage 4 cancer. On Monday (Jan. 22), The Dumb Blonde Podcast host took to her official TikTok account to share a video update with fans.

Bunnie XO Shared Health Update On Her Dad

The clip opened with text reading “Update on Billcephus” as the camera zoomed in on one of the family’s dogs as Bunnie XO asked if the pup wanted to “go see grandpa Bill.” The camera then cut to a clip of the dog happily lying at the foot of the wheelchair Bill was sitting in as Bunnie XO zoomed in on her dad and told him, “Everybody wants to know how grandpa Bill is.”

“Much better, much better,” Bill shared. “Every day is better than the last.” His daughter interjected, “Kicking a— and taking names,” prompting her dad to update fans on his weight gain, which he estimated to be about 10 or 15 pounds.

“You look great,” she told him. “You’ve got color back in your face.”

“That’s good,” Bill replied.

She also asked, “What do you think about all the ladies online who think you’re hot as f—,” which got a laugh out of her dad. “Haha, very funny,” he said, adding, “I appreciate that.”

Bunnie XO captioned the video, “Billcephus is healing” along with a red heart emoji and the hashtag #bunnieandbill.

Previously Shared That Her Dad Moved To Hospice

Two months ago, Bunnie XO had shared with fans that her dad moved to hospice care in a TikTok video where she responded to one troll who accused Bunnie XO of “promoting hoe bag music” while her father was “laid up in a hospital.”

In text overlaying a video of herself visiting her father in his care facility, Bunnie XO wrote, “Actually, you roach motel of a human, he was moved to hospice. But none of y’all know that because I’ve been dealing with him privately until my last video.”

“Not only am I moving an entire house & trying to make it a home for my family while trying to smile thru heartbreak … I’m making sure my father wants for nothing,” she continued. “I’ve been so blessed to have this time w/him, and I thank GOD for helping heal my inner little girl as well as my dad’s inner child.”

Revealed Her Father’s Cancer Diagnosis In November of 2023

The Dumb Blonde Podcast host originally shared her father’s diagnosis with fans last year, revealing that he had kept his diagnosis private for a year and told only his wife as he tried holistic healing remedies, ultimately sharing the news with his daughter after the cancer had spread to his bone marrow. After Bunnie XO found out, she moved her dad from Houston to Nashville and helped him pursue a new treatment.

“My dad is the coolest dude I’ve ever known,” Bunnie XO told fans in her initial video sharing Bill’s diagnosis. “We clash because I’m just like him, but there’s nothing in the world I wouldn’t do for my pops.”

Jelly Roll Also Previously Shared An Update On Bunnie XO’s Dad’s Health

Bunnie XO’s husband, Jelly Roll, told Taste of Country Nights that Bill was “doing well.” “He’s sick. I hate to say it this honestly — he’s clearly in what is obviously the last phase of his life,” the singer said. “But he’s doing a lot better now that he’s here. Bunnie moved him here. She’s getting him all kind of help, a new chain of doctors … she’s got enough resources to do a lot to try to help him.”

“He’s holding his head up really high,” Jelly Roll added.
