Brett Young says country music fans want to see a “glimpse in to your life” and he is giving it to them.

When it comes to the children of artists and public figures, they have the option of whether or not to post pictures of the kids and rightfully so as every parent is different. Some parents don’t mind showing their children in the public eye and Young and his wife Taylor Mills Young is one of them as he says “we’re gonna allow ourselves to be proud of our daughter.”

Young’s adorable daughter Presley Elizabeth just turned one in late October, and he says he and his wife Taylor talked about if they will or won’t show her in the public leading up to her birth before making the ultimate decision on doing so.

“We talked about that a lot.  Everybody has a different take on that and I don’t think anybody’s wrong or right,” Young explained. “What we basically came to is we’re gonna allow ourselves to be proud of our daughter. And we just basically decided to go into it without any borders, without any limitations, and if anything makes us feel uncomfortable then we’ll start talking about it.”

He continued: “I think country music fans wanna see that. And aside from the occasional crazy person that says the most off-beat thing, I think for the most part people wanna be involved because they want a glimpse in to your life. So, we decided to not make any rules and just to see how we felt about it, and so far it’s been fun to watch people be happy for us and this stage in our life.”

However with your kid(s) being in the public eye comes trolls on the internet that will try and tell you how to be a parent but there are also lots of positive comments about how great Young and Taylor are as parents.
