Zach Bryan Will No Longer Be Performing At Luke Combs’ Seattle Stadium Concert, Here’s Who Will Take His Place

Zach Bryan has been forced to cancel or postpone several concerts, including his appearance at Luke Combs’ upcoming stadium show at Lumen Field in Seattle, Washington.

Bryan shared an update with fans on Tuesday (May 31), revealing the unfortunate news that he has tested positive for COVID after waking up with flu-like symptoms.

“Today I woke up incredibly woozy and had body aches everywhere, I then got two COVID tests and tested positive on both,” Bryan wrote.

The “From Austin” singer explained that he has been forced to cancel shows and promised to work with Luke Combs team regarding the show.

Combs took to Instagram stories on Wednesday, just three days ahead of the concert, to reveal Bryan’s replacement.

“We’ll miss you this weekend, @ZachLaneBryan, but get well soon and don’t worry, @m10penny is filling in and has got you covered!” Combs wrote.

Saturday’s show will now feature Mitchell Tenpenny, Morgan Wade, and Cody Johnson as special guests.

Additionally, Bryan was also forced to postpone two of his headlining gigs.

“The shows in Salt Lake City and Spokane have been rescheduled,” Bryan said. ”The show in Salt Lake will now be July 7th and Spokane will now be July 13th. If you would like a refund, they will be given, however, all tickets will be honored for the rescheduled shows and I will keep everyone incredibly informed.”

The Oklahoma native closed his post with an apology to fans.

“My goal as a musician was to never cancel a show, but the safety of you guys is more important to me than anything else. Everyone please be easy, stay safe and know I am incredibly and regretfully sorry.”

Zach Bryan recently released his debut album, which debuted at No.1 on the Billboard Top Country Albums chart and No.5 on the Billboard Top 200. On Friday, May 20th, Zach Bryan’s American Heartbreak became Spotify’s most-streamed country album in a single day in 2022, so far. He was also announced as the first-ever country artist to be featured in Spotify’s RADAR US program.

The former Navy SEAL turned country music sensation is currently in the midst of his highly-anticipated headlining tour, which kicked off on May 25 in Fort Worth, Texas. The trek continues through November 3, where the tour will wrap up in Denver, Colorado.
