Fans are speculating that the song is about his longtime now ex-girlfriend Lizzy Wurst, with the lyrical content of the song and the sadness behind the song. Wurst and Stewart broke up just a few months ago with a lot of drama involved and fan speculation of what actually happen but more recently the two have become friends again as seen in some of their recent videos together.
