Shania Twain fell on stage during her recent headlining performance on the Queen Of Me Tour in Chicago, and she recovered from the incident like an absolute champ.
The country music icon was in the midst of her concert at Credit Union 1 Amphitheater in Tinley Park, Illinois, when she took a tumble on stage during her performance of “Don’t Be Stupid (You Know I Love You).”
Falls On Stage
In a clip shared by a concertgoer on TikTok, Twain is seen working the stage, like the true entertainer that she is, before slipping and falling in front of the massive Windy City crowd.
“Don’t be stupid Chicago! You know I love you!” Twain, who is the best-selling female artist in country music history, shouted before belting out the lyrics to the fan-favorite tune.
Powered Through The Performance Like A Champ
Despite falling, the 57-year-old singer/songwriter continued to power through her performance of the track while sitting on the floor. Twain then promptly regained her composure after the fall and delivered a strong performance of the track, which appears on her third studio album, Come On Over.
Queen Of Me Tour
Shania Twain is currently in the midst of her Queen Of Me Tour, which kicked off on April 28 at Spokane Arena in Spokane, Washington.
The global tour, which marks her first trek in nearly five years, is produced by Live Nation and runs through November 14th, where the tour will wrap up at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, BC.

The tour comes in support of her latest album, Queen Of Me, which arrived on February 3, 2023. Queen Of Me features the fan-favorite tracks “Waking Up Dreaming,” “Not Just A Girl,” “Last Day Of Summer” and more. The project marks Twain’s first full-length offering and record since 2017, and her official debut for her new label partner Republic Nashville, a division of Republic Records.

Queen Of Me: Royal Edition Extended Version
Additionally, the five-time GRAMMY Award-winning legend recently unveiled the Royal Edition Extended Version of her album, Queen of Me. The new edition of the project features 5 new songs, including a collaboration with Billy Ray Cyrus, titled “On Three.”
“I was in the studio recording “On Three” and I thought: this needs the voice of a sexy man with a southern accent counting the song in, and the first person that came to mind was Billy Ray Cyrus.” Twain states on the Cyrus collaboration. “Since our friendship goes way way back, I just called him up and had him record and count me in from my phone! He was really fun and it worked out exactly how I imagined it.”
Twain’s next scheduled tour date takes place on July 3 at Bethel Woods Center for The Arts in Bethel, New York.
