HARDY has unveiled his brand-new music video for his rock-infused country banger, “TRUCK BED.”

Directed by Justin Clough and shot in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, with the award-winning singer/songwriter’s concept in mind, this video brings a front yard party to life.

Set in the blue-collar countryside, HARDY opens the scene taking a literal approach with the lyrics. He wakes up on a messy truck bed with his boots off and a hangover, making it clear that he has spent the night camping out while his presumed girlfriend resides in the home with a look of disappointment spread across her face.

Rewinding to the night before, viewers see HARDY playing up the bad-boy image role by taking full advantage of the grass lot. Instead of reconciling his relationship with the girl, he turns his intolerable behavior up a notch and invites a whole host of guests to his lawn.

The captivating visual also features a star-studded lineup of people, with Internet personality King Bach, former Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Taylor Lewan, and professional golfer John Daly, all making cameos in select scenes of the clip.

Rowdy Backyard Party

The crowd of revelers drank, have a good time, and get a little out of hand. At one point, a police officer shows up to address the scene, but everything seems to go HARDY’s way, as the cop joins in with the rest of the party goers while the girl peers through the blinds. At another point, Lewan shows up wearing a Motley Crue shirt and uses a fire extinguisher to put out a man, who has been set on fire.

HARDY opened up about the accompanying clip in a press release, simply saying, “We just wanted [the music video] to be a good time…and it was.”

“Truck Bed” is featured on HARDY’s latest album, the mockingbird & THE CROW, which dropped earlier this year. Released via Big Loud Records, the mockingbird & THE CROW features a mix of country and rock music. The country rocker co-wrote all 17 tracks on the album, including “Truck Bed,” which he co-penned alongside Ashley Gorley, Ben Johnson, and Hunter Phelps.

The Mockingbird & The Crow

HARDY recently announced the extension of his 2023 The Mockingbird & the Crow Tour in support of his current album. With his first headlining trek marking a successful run, the second leg finds him hitting arenas and is set to kick off in late August and continue through December. Lainey Wilson and Dylan Marlowe will serve as supporting guests on the tour.

“I believe I have two of the most authentic, talented acts out there opening for me on this run. I’m honored that Dylan and Lainey are a part of this tour, and I am still in disbelief that I’m announcing my first arena tour,” HARDY shared in a statement. “Fans, I will not let you down. This WILL be the greatest Hardy set you’ve ever seen. See y’all out there.”

Additionally, HARDY has been providing support on Morgan Wallen’s One Night At A Time Tour, which runs through 2024.
