Clint Black and his family are hitting the road on a family tour!

During a recent appearance on GMA3, the legendary country singer was joined by his wife, Lisa Hartman Black, and daughter, Lily Pearl Black, to chat with host T. J. Holmes about their nationwide tour dubbed the Mostly Hits and the Mrs. Tour.

The interview began as Holmes told Black that their tour name choice is “fantastic,” before asking the GRAMMY-award winning country singer how the name for the trek came about.

“I’ll take credit for that, it was in a meeting called what are we calling the tour? And I always try to say something absurd and stupid when I’m in a meeting and that’s what I came up with,” Black revealed.

The show’s host went on to ask Black’s wife how it feels to be touring with her husband as he joked that most married couples look forward to their time away from each other.

“We’ve been doing what you just described for 30 years, actually 30 years plus, believe it or not,” Hartman Black shared. “So, I was ready to go. I mean, we are having so much fun, and he was doing mostly hits and I do a throwback to Knots Landing, then he and I do some hits, and then she does some hits, and we’ve got these video screens, and he’s hilarious, except for the sad songs. We’re just having a blast, we really are.”

Daughter Lily, who is currently studying business and music at Belmont University in Nashville, shared how the family oriented tour helped her career.

“Well, honestly, I think it’s very different than what I thought it was as I kind of watched them as I was growing up, seeing my Dad go out all the time,” Lily Pearl said. “My mom would do some things with him too. But being out with them, it’s really special, and it’s really fun, and it’s also that they teach me a lot too.”

After discussing their upcoming family tour, the country legend, his wife and their 21-year-old daughter performed “A Change In The Air,” a song co-written by Black alongside Hayden Nichols that appears on Black’s 1994 album, One Emotion.

Fans can watch their performance and interview above.

The Mostly Hits and the Mrs. Tour resumes on February 3 at F. M. Kirby Center in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania and will continue through Valentine’s Day with stops in Maryland, Virginia, Georgia and more.
