Slipknot have announced the cancellation of their Spring and Summer touring plans including their North American Knotfest Roadshow with A Day To Remember, Knotfest UK and announced the postponement of their cruise.
“Unfortunately Slipknot’s summer 2020 touring, including the North American Knotfest Roadshow, Knotfest UK and Knotfest at Sea, will not be happening. The band looks forward to performing for its fans again, and will do so when everyone’s safety can be assured,” a statement on the band’s social media read. “All ticket holders will be emailed directly with refund options, Knotfest At Sea purchasers will be contacted with postponement information.”
The Knotfest Roadshow with A Day To Remember was originally slated to kickoff on May 30 in Syracuse, NY and hit 15 cities before wrapping up on June 25 in Texas. Knotfest UK was slated to happen on August 22. Their Knotfest At Sea cruise was set to sail on August 10-14 via Sixthman Cruises.
Tickets will be refunded by point of purchase for North American Knotfest Roadshow with A Day To Remember and Knotfest UK, while Knotfest At Sea ticket buyers will be contacted regarding postponement with additional information.
