SixForty1 Are The Next Big Country Duo and “I Get That” with The Release of Two New Anthemic Singles

Everything seems to be aligning perfectly for the rapidly rising pop-country duo, SixForty1 as the duo is soaring into the spotlight with their infectious sound, relatable lyrics, anthemic singles and their energy-filled live performances. The duo has been viciously touring throughout the year with artists like Brantley Gilbert, Michael Ray, Walker Hayes and more in support of their single “Next Kiss,” their song that quickly amassed over 1 million streams in a very short period of time and they aren’t slowing down or stopping at that. Now releasing two new singles today (Oct. 4th), including “Show You Around” and “I Get That” which will have fans craving a debut album from them which as Brooks Hoffman told us in an interviewa full-length album isn’t too far away.” Although, these singles are just singles and not from any album per se, the duo is destined to conquer the charts and have headlining tours in no time with these new tunes.

Now the duo made up of Austin Gee and Brooks Hoffman are back with not one but two new singles “Show You Around” and “I Get That” and both have their irresistible sound combined with their flawless combination of Hoffman and Gee’s vocals which make for the perfect sound that country fans adore. “I Get That” is the perfect mixture of catchy lyrics with a memorable hook and contagious instrumental that goes perfectly with the soft vocals that makes you want to sing-a-long even if you don’t know the lyrics, you will find yourself singing the words to this compelling tune. “Show You Around” is a vibrant upbeat track about a true love, with the impeccable blending of Hoffman and Gee’s vocals matching the instrumental perfectly with lyrics that many can relate to.

SixForty1 are the next big thing and “I Get That,” with their explosion into the spotlight this year with their first arena show, quickly gaining notoriety with massive live performances as support for arena touring artists such as Brantley Gilbert, Michael Ray, Walker Hayes and more, their debut CMA Fest set, amassing over 6 million streams on Spotify total with nearly 2 million on their prior single “Next Kiss,” Over 41k monthly listeners on Spotify and performing for the second time aboard Brantley Gilbert’s ‘Kick It In The Ship’ cruise coming up in November.

The band launched their career back in 2018 when they fan-funded their song “Plane Crazy” in order to make the move to Nashville which was written over a FaceTime call, as Gee lived in Knoxville and Hoffman who lived in Louisville, KY at the time. Taking their name from U.S. Route 641, which passes through Murray, KY., where the two met to form the duo. The song “Plane Crazy” now has amassed over 1.8 million listens on Spotify, just one year later.
