Post Malone is set to take over the former Tequila Cowboy and Wannabe’s Karaoke Bar locations for his new bar on Nashville’s Lower Broadway.

The 9x diamond-certified, GRAMMY Award-nominated global superstar has officially announced plans to open his very own bar and entertainment venue on Lower Broadway, in collaboration with TC Restaurant Group — the hospitality powerhouse behind venues for Morgan Wallen, Luke Bryan, Jason Aldean, and more.

The new establishment, set to be located at 305 Broadway, will be Broadway’s largest ground floor footprint at a whopping 26,000 square feet. The sprawling space will include six bars, three live music stages, a full-service dining room, and a rooftop hangout—all designed to reflect the honky-tonk grit and country soul that Lower Broadway is known for, infused with Post Malone’s own eclectic style.

“We’ve created a space where everyone can come together and kick some ass,” Post shared in a press statement. “Nashville has really become a second home for me, so I can’t wait to invite y’all over to my house.”

The historic building is currently undergoing renovations to blend multiple spaces into one cohesive, immersive experience—preserving the architectural charm of Lower Broadway while crafting a fresh and innovative atmosphere.

Adam Hesler, President and CEO of TC Restaurant Group, praised the partnership, “We’re honored to work with someone as dynamic as he is and create a venue that embodies his spirit and brings a new experience to Nashville’s Entertainment District. There’s only one reason we would consider expanding our artist partnerships, and that is to have the ability to partner with someone of the caliber, innovation and authenticity of Post. His talent and ability to transcend multiple genres is one of a kind, and we look forward to creating a venue that resonates with his global fan base.”

The announcement comes on the heels of Malone’s recent triumph in the country music world. His debut country album F-1 Trillion soared to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart. The genre-bending artist also headlined Coachella this spring and is currently on his Big Ass Stadium Tour, continuing the momentum of his record-breaking F-1 Trillion Tour last fall.

With the opening of his first Nashville bar, Post Malone joins an elite group of artists turning Lower Broadway into a must-visit entertainment destination. And with his genre-crossing appeal and undeniable charisma, this venue is poised to become one of the hottest spots on the strip.

Post Malone is no stranger to Nashville, having spent plenty of time in Music City over the years. He’s been spotted at local favorites like Red Door Saloon and Loser’s Bar & Grill in Midtown, where he’s even performed and celebrity guest bartended.

Last year, he also filmed the music video for “Guy For That” with Luke Combs on Lower Broadway.
