Post Malone and Tyla Yaweh have released a new collaborative track entitled “Tommy Lee” on Friday (June 12).

The song is inspired by living the rockstar lifestyle like Mötley Crüe’s Tommy Lee. Actually, Lee revealed that he provided the drum beats on the track and proclaimed that the track is “killer” during a SiriusXM appearance. Malone initially put the song together as a demo and then sent it to Lee, who loved the track so much that he recorded his contributions at his home studio during quarantine.

They even shoutout the rocker singing, “Pull up with a drum like I’m Tommy Lee.” The lyrics also detail what many envision to the lifestyle of a rockstar: “living life like a rockstar, pulling up in stretch limousines, to look at me that costs a fee.”

Lee and Malone previously collaborated on Beerbongs & Bentleys track “Over Now.” Yaweh and Malone toured together on Malone’s Runaway Tour earlier this year.
